I highly recommend this company. As a female travelling alone safety is of utmost importance. After seeing the good reviews on this site I booked both my airport transfers directly with the company. The admin before and during my holiday was prompt and courteous and the drivers Göksun and Fabrizio were lovely, allowing me to practice speaking Italian with them, collecting me when booked and getting me where I needed to go safely. Highly recommend, the driver met us at arrivals within the airport, holding a sign with my name on it, so was easy to find him. The car was spotlessly clean and luxurious. Driver was friendly and professional. We also booked a return journey to the airport.

Although my initial pick up from the airport was great, I found my driver easily. Unfortunately he dropped me off at the wrong hotel -stating later he had the wrong address. Although he was willing to come back the hotel had already ordered another taxi. It was a disappointing experience after a long day of flying
you are right. we did mistake form Park Hyatt and Hyatt centric. 3 kms far. When you called driver he could come back for free in very few minuts but you took taxi. It was a mistake : you are right but drivers are human... mistake are not nice but we have to try to resolve. And may be offer you another transfer for free in the next days.... at this point I have to fire a very good driver? So sorry but this review 2 on 5... is not so good for us... enjoy your time in italy
The service was amazing. We've been informed 2 days before of our driver's number before landing at the airport. The chauffeur had a sign in the airport and was very professional. He helped us with the luggages before we could ask. The Mercedes Van looked brand new and it was very luxurious. We warmly recommend this company if you have any trips to do in Milan 👍👍

Excellent service our driver Mr Pietro messaged us with his number, I was able to let him know our flight was delayed. He was waiting at airport with a board with our name on it. Was very pleasant and chatted with us during the journey. Would use again.
