Great experience. Our flight was delayed a few times. Because I was given the driver's contact information I was able to keep him informed of what was happening. He was there once we finally arrived.

It was nice not to have to worry about how we were going to maneuvered thru the airport and get a ride to the hotel. Viator was there after baggage pick up waiting for us.

Terrible. Driver did not track my flight and did not account for my delay. When I finally arrived, they stated I exceeded the included wait time. Which is obviously not true, considering the clock should start from the new arrival time. When I called dispatch, they took “couldn’t find” my reservation and asked which airport I was at in! (LIN or MXP). I booked LIN and responded to the email they requested for additional flight, passenger, and luggage information days prior. There’s no reason for the mistake. After debating on the phone for nearly 30 minutes, it wasn’t until I Dena refund that a driver was suddenly available. When he did arrive, he did not greet us in the arrival area/meeting point and insisted we walk to his parking spot. We didn’t know where that was! Once we made contact the driver was visibly annoyed and not courteous. The entire ordeal was exhausting and soured the start of my trip.

The company Viator has a very good customer service. They have answered all my queries regarding my bookings. The taxi driver is very nice & professional. The taxi was clean although the only comment I’ve had was the air condition, it’s working but it doesn’t feel cool inside the van.
