Legends of Prague – Castle, Strahov Library, Beer and Treasure

Arrive 15 minutes early, and we’ll give you tips on where to grab a coffee or pastry for breakfast or a snack on the go. You can reach the meeting point easily by tram, for example line 22 from Národní třída station. Hear your first ghost story right here and get ready for an unforgettable journey!

Join We’ll visit Strahov Monastery together, exploring its historic halls, peaceful courtyards, and centuries of fascinating history. Inside, we’ll see the unique Strahov Library with its stunning interiors and priceless collections. We will continue to Loreto Square, where you’ll see the beautiful Černín Palace and the Loreto Sanctuary, and learn about the mystical Madonna of the Capuchin Monastery.

Next, we’ll stroll together through Nový Svět, the charming area often referred to as Prague’s Montmartre.

We’ll arrive at Hradčany Square, the historic heart of Prague Castle. See grand palaces, historic churches, and charming cafés, hear stories about the aristocrats, knights, and monks who once lived here, and watch the ceremonial Changing of the Guard.

We’ll visit the grounds of Prague Castle, the largest enclosed castle complex in the world, exploring its historic courtyards and hidden corners.

From a distance, St. Vitus Cathedral dominates the skyline—but up close, it’s breathtaking. Your guide will take you to the spot with the best view, perfect for photos and admiring its stunning architecture.

We’ll slowly make our way back to Pohořelec, passing beautiful noble palaces that once served as summer residences for European aristocrats.
