- It is your responsibility to make your way to the bus stop from your accommodation.
- We recommend that you plan your trip so that you arrive at the airport at least 1.5 hours before flight departure if you are travelling abroad and 1 hour before departure if you are travelling within the country.
- Since luggage space inside the coach is very limited, only one (1) small piece of hand luggage per traveler is allowed to be carried on the bus. The maximum measurement for luggage allowed inside the coach is 40x30x20 cm (this only applies to coaches with luggage space below). Larger suitcases and bulky items such as surfboards, ski equipment and alike are permitted in the lower luggage compartment as long as space is available. Bicycles are allowed on board at no charge when space permits. The bicycle must be packed in protective wrapping.

Transfer from Götenberg airport to the central station was ok. However, the return ticket brought from the driver cost 239 SEK, while the online one was 198 SEK - no explanation why. The return transfer leaving central station apparently from stop no 29 nearly cost me missing my flight. I arrived to the bus stop at 6:50 pm when 7pm bus was at the stop but the door to let me to the bus stop did not open. When I asked driver at the door no 30 to let me out he said this was not allowed, so in consequence the bus left without me. The same happened at 7:20 pm. When the 7:40 bus arrived we managed to get out through a different door just to be told to go back and wait at 29 as apparently the bus driver is responsible for opening the doors. This time he did open the door as we have made a fuss about it. Initially I thought the door was faulty, but clearly it was the drivers of two buses that made a choice not to open the door! Luckily I managed to catch my flight, but next time I’ll be using public transport (bus 612 from the terminal and one day ticket costs a fraction of the flygbussarna) or Uber, which is fast, reliable and if you are travelling with company- way more cost effective.

Low frequency, crowded buses and high price. They also cancelled the second line so if you’re not going to the city center, it takes twice as long.

The bus was late and it was not clear from the timetable that the bus stop Berzeliinkatu was cancelled. That it is under traffic info is not enough

Fantastic connection to Landvetter directly from the northern riverbank, Lindholmen, Eriksberg etc. We always use the VY airport bus when we are going to or from Landvetter. Very nice staff and the cheapest transport to and from Landvetter. The buses have always been on time when we have traveled. Highly recommended!

Easy to locate the bus outside the terminal at Landvetter, fortunate the hotel I booked was metres from one of the stops. Frequent enough that if you miss one it’s not too bad of a wait. Return journey was painless too.

Too expensive! They have a monopoly in Gothenburg and do as they please. 140kr to go to Landvetter is shameful. Those in charge of the city need to get to work Why should they allow this disgusting company to rob people , absolutely unnecessary . Stupid Swede! Start complaining!!
