The rudest tour operator in Kenya—arrogant, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. When I raised concerns about their terrible service, they had the audacity to ask, ‘Why did you even come for a tour if you don’t like it?’ Imagine being forced to endure a ‘small group tour’ that turned out to be a solo nightmare with a rude driver in a car that can’t even charge a phone. And the cherry on top? They cancelled the trip halfway at 6:30 AM out of sheer arrogance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
