For all other hotels, we’ll meet you at your hotel’s main entrance or valet pickup area. If your hotel has vehicle access restrictions, we’ll send you a message with a nearby, safe pickup spot. Guide didn't show at hotel pickup, I had to follow up to check what happened. Tour was already underway, so I missed part of it. I don't feel like it was value for money.

I could not understand the way our guide who was driver as well was explaining about every place
This was my first trip to CA so took the tour and saw so much from the downtown L.A. to the Hollywood sign at the observatory, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Walk of Fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and even a Mexican area that was the birth of L.A . It was wonderful! My friend and I had a great time and well worth the money. 5 Stars to our driver Shawn. He's the best!
The tour guides was professional and informative. He also stressed the importance of being on time and consideration of others. He was very knowledgeable about the history of California
Very hard to understand and follow. We were very disappointed. Would give numerous instructions before getting off the bus and couldn’t figure out what he was talking about. Talked too fast and would point at things ahead of us and being at the back of the bus couldn’t see what he was pointing at. We felt we missed a lot. Other tours we took the guide got off with the group to explain what we were seeing
