Enjoy a full-day outing to Phnom Kulen National Park and Kampong Phluk village on this guided tour. Experience a convenient transfer service, ascend to the top of Kulen Mountain, savor a delicious lunch, and much more on this day of adventure. Start your journey with a convenient pickup service from your hotel between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Travel via a shared vehicle to Phnom Kulen National Park. Journey through rural Cambodian villages and observe locals going about their everyday lives and admire beautiful landscapes such as rice paddies and traditional dwellings.
Stop at the most authentic village of Phum Preah Dak where you can learn how the local people make traditional palm cake and palm sugar.
Continue to the hilltop of Phnom Kulen and take in the stunning landscape of Kulen Mountain's cliff.
Visit the the largest the reclining Buddha sculpture in Angkor region at Wat Preah Ang Thom pagoda.
Witness the the River of 1000 Lingas, which was constructed in 802 AD.
Finish your lunch, and take in the stunning landscape of Kulen Mountain's cliff before heading to the famous floating village of Kampong Phluk. Board a local boat to explore the flooded mangrove forest, which is home to a variety of species and approximately 3,000 inhabitants. Visit a Buddhist monastery built on an artificial island, and then wander through a village of stilted houses. Finally, enjoy watching the sunset from a boat on Tonle Sap, Asia's largest lake.

- The end of March to the end of June is a crucial time in all the floating villages in Siem Reap, as the water levels start to recede and present a unique opportunity for tourists to experience a new perspective. Although the picturesque landscape of the floating community may lose some of its charm during this time, visitors have a chance to immerse themselves in the daily life of the villagers living in the dried season. While some boats may become stuck, and smaller canoes are unable to traverse the jungle forest, these challenges add to the thrill of the experience. The dry season in floating village of Kompong Phluk may not be the ideal time to visit for those seeking postcard-perfect photos, but it offers a chance to witness a facet of the village’s daily life that is not typically seen. As they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. We recommend visitors to embrace this rare chance to witness a different facet of this incredible destination and truly get a different taste of life in the village.

We saw the sites and they were fantastic; Kulen Mountain lookout, Reclining Buddha, Waterfall, Tonle Sap, but the difference was the authenticity! The picnic by the river with local providers supplying the food; awesome! Mr Raman was a great guide and host. Such a great attitude. It's a full day, hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

What a great mix of things in one day! It's a long day but it is TOTALLY worth it. The waterfalls were like a tropical paradise, the lunch was excellent (and great for two vegetarians and one with a gluten allergy). Our guide Makara was genuinely excellent. Very knowledgeable and caring, always making sure our experience was as good as it could be. If you get him as your guide, you're going to have a good day.

One hour from Siem Reap, you can discover, in the middle of the forest, on the heights of this province, beautiful refreshing waterfalls and a place to swim and have a picnic. As a Khmer photographer, I often go here to recharge my batteries.

The tour was very good. Makara was informative with good knowledge. Food was nice too, especially enjoyed the chili tamarind chutney.

Fine guidance from Ramen and the driver. Fresh cold water and various snacks on the way at every stop. Nice program. A little too short in the floating village, but otherwise great. Beautiful cpmbination of nature, culture and a little history. Ramen tells a lot. Very interesting to learn merr from Cambodia. We enjoyed it!
