Kompong Kleang is one of floating villages on Tonle Sap lake. Tonle Sap lake is a biggest fresh water lake in South East Asia.In Dry season the lake content 2700\km2. In raining season the size of the lake just 3 times increase of dry season. there are more than 200 spices of fish on. Its has very spacial connection with Mekong river during raining season its a reservoir to restore water from Mekong river. There are 5 provinces around the lake, Siem Reap, Battambong, Pusat, Kompong Chhnang, and Kompong Thom province. all this 5 provinces have a very good potential for rice crop because the main water supply from the lake. In raining season you can travel by boat to Capital city Phnom Penh.

Ra is a fantastic tour guide. His English is very good and fluent. Touring with him is a history lesson in itself. He has vast knowledge of not only the Temples, but Siem Reap and surrounding areas. The beauty of touring with him is the hidden gems, where locals hang out, he will take you to. The van is large, clean and I always feel safe! The Floating Hut Restaurant is so relaxing after a visit to Kulen Mountain so, make sure to stop! Speaking of stopping, when or if you see something of interest, he will pull over so you can shop, taste local street food and find new off the beaten track delights.
