Kew is huge, and one can spend an entire day exploring everything. Most of it is unshaded, so on a warm sunny day, the experience can be blistering. The wooded areas are beautiful and relaxing.
In all honesty, we barely used the app, not because if anything wrong - really both of us are getting on in years and the gardens are huge. We only saw about a third and were very happy with the outcome
Lovely and lively audiotour. I learned a lot! Don’t miss the Marianne North gallery
A lovely way to experience and celebrate Christmas at Kew Garden, Richmond, London. With many dazzling light displays by various artists and Christmas music broadcast through the park as you walk the 2.4 mile/3.8 kilometres trail at your own pace. They also cater for Quiet Access sessions for people with hidden disabilities but you need to check the website. Lots of pit stops for refreshment and toilets. Advance preparation for travel is essential as it an hour outside London by train or 30-49 minutes by car from London city centre. No parking onsite. You can buy tickets online or at the venue. As the season starts to get closer to Christmas the lines get busier. A very magical experience especially for children and there are also carnival rides near the end of the trail. Highly recommend at least once for locals and tourists.
Fully recommend. Great way to do welness. Large collection of orchids. Go early so you can stay longer. The cafes are a nice spot to take a break.
There are jo instructions anywhere on how to liad the APP and start this tour. Could kot use it and no help calling Viator.... horrible customer service. No refund since we purchased 1 hour before we arrived to Kew.

It's not the first time I visit Kew Gardens. I start by saying that I had been visiting more than one botanical garden, included Rio de Janeiro (which is really, really remarkable). Actually, Kew gardens fascinates in summer and spring as well as in winter. Princess of wales pavillion, pagoda, the forest, Kew palace, Palm house, Temperate House, Edible Science and so on ARE unquestionably AMAZING. They provide each and everyone with 360 degrees about ecological worries.

Park kept and looked after very well with lots of greenery and lots of squirrels. Also used for concerts in the innermost part. We recommend visiting all the greenhouses that contain plants and flowers from all over the world. Not to be missed.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We hope to see you again soon!
