Aidan was friendly, knowledgeable, caring and fun! Keep this man!!
Not worth the value. Too much time for too little experience. Boardwalk good. Guide very knowlegeble.
Our guide, Matt, was great! We learned a lot but it was entertaining enough to occupy the children.
Had an amazing time! Matt was a great guide! I was told I was the only one who correctly knew all the names of the salmon with the hand, so for future tours, I told him to mention Shannon from Chicago! Ha! We also saw 4 bears which was so amazing!! And Matt, please don’t lick any banana slugs!
A wonderful experience. The most enjoyable part of our tour was our guide, Betts. Extremely knowledgeable, witty with a nice mix of humor.
Wonderful experience. Good guide. We saw a bear.Timing was perfect and organized
Matt was a great guide, kept good pace, very knowledgeable about everything in the sanctuary.
Betts was an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable and has a real love for nature. We got to get real close to an eagle and we were fortunate enough to see 2 bears. Make sure you wear rain gear. The coffee shop was so good as well.
Wow! What a great experience! Chloe was our guide. She was funny, knowledgeable, and helpful. She had a great eye for wildlife and showed us everything from moss and banana slugs to claw marks on a tree and bald eagles (juveniles and adults!). She had to move on to the next tour before we saw a bear, but we did get to see a juvenile just before our bus back arrived.
We met Betts upon arrival and he was extremely attentive to our safety as we parked and did not know where we should go and a bear was just seen in the parking lot. He scurried us to safety and then we proceeded to inquire about a tour and he was perfect for our interests. He was thoughtful, informed, a good representative of your services as he was quite informative and answered our questions. It will be a highlight of our visit to Ketchikan
