After Pick you up we will take to to the meeting point, the Marina sunrise, this place is located at the kilometer 14.7 of the hotel zone in Cancun, if you prefer you can get here by yourself, just inform us before the travel date, Here is where the adventure starts, this is our meeting point and is where you will receive all the information about the activities, our certified guides will give you a complete explanation about how to use the equipment and will help you learn to operate the speed boat, no previous experience is needed to enjoy this activity, they will also give you all the safety equipment necessary for the tour.
Once we have all the necessary equipment and information, we will begin the tour of the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon, here we can visit the mangroves and drive the boat around the hotel zone, it is a unique experience and you will have fun like never navigating the lagoon, then we will cross the island of Cancun in the boat to the Caribbean sea to reach the Mayan reef, here we will have about 45 minutes to snorkel in the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. The overall expert was great once we got there and were driving the boat. Easy to drive and the time driving and snorkeling were great. At5:30pm on the day before the excursion (we were scheduled for 10am according to the ticket)we got a text on the Viator app from the excursion operator that said we needed to be there at 8:30 am and that since our hotel was close enough that we can walk. I sent two messages back asking for clarification as transportation was clearly stated on the tickets as well as the time. We heard NOTHING. The next morning we did walk to the excursion at abt 9am The people said we just made the cut off and that Viator is to blame for the time being wrong on the ticket. After the excursion they had photos/video for us to review… they looked nice however we were not sure abt buying them. The guy there said we can look it up on web site and decide later … this was not true. The operator does not have that ability according to a chat person for them. The chat person said I should email a specific person, which i did and got No response.
