Here is where the adventure starts, this is our meeting point and is where you will receive all the information about the activities, our certified guides will give you a complete explanation about how to use the equipment, and will help you learn to operate the speed boat, no previous experience is needed to enjoy this activity, they will also give you all the safety equipment necessary for the tour.
Once we have all the necessary equipment and information, we will begin the tour of the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon, here we can visit the mangroves and drive the boat around the hotel zone, it is a unique experience and you will have fun like never navigating the lagoon, then we will cross the island of cancun in the boat to the caribbean sea to reach the Mayan reef, here we will have about 45 minutes to snorkel in the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. Amazing time on this excursion!! Jimmy was our guide and we felt so lucky to have him. Once we got off the boats and into the snorkeling area he got off and lead us to some of the best areas to look. We noticed a lot of the other guides just stayed in the boats so it was really nice that he got off to show us around. Also was a huge help getting back into the boat! Thank you Jimmy! Tip: lots and lots of sunscreen!!! (Reef friendly ofcourse!)

The crew was nice however the company made us pay 10.00 per person to reschedule when the weather was terrible and wouldn't remotely let us cancel. The picture depicted is NOT what you see at all. It's literally a canal with other boats and is pretty wide. It's like being on a river. This was NOT worth the 150.00 they made us pay.
Thank you for your comment, we remind you that the cancellation policy establishes that any cancellation must be made 24 hours before the tour date, however you wanted to cancel at the same time your activity was scheduled, this is impossible, since that the exact number of boats is reserved for the reservations we have each day, maintenance is carried out and all the necessary equipment is prepared so that everything is ready so that you can enjoy the activity, even so we offered to reschedule for the same day at a different time with no extra cost, and we explained that if you rescheduled for another day there was a minimum charge of 10 usd per person to reschedule. You decided to reschedule the tour the next day and that is why an extra charge of 10 usd per person was made We are sure that we will continue working to offer you the best service as we did on the day of your tour.
