You will then follow a one-way route through the historic spaces of Teatro Nuovo, including the monumental hall and foyer, designed to provide cultural context before continuing the visit. Next, you will enter Juliet’s Courtyard, one of Verona’s most iconic landmarks. Here you can experience the atmosphere of the legend and see the famous courtyard setting where visitors from around the world gather. For €5 per person you can get access to the courtyard to see Juliet’s balcony and have a photo with her statue. The queue moves relatively quickly - we waited about 25 minutes for a statue picture. Note, you do not get access to the house with this ticket but that suited us well.
Total rip off. This presents as a visit to the house and balcony but if you read small print it just gets you through a theatre and into the courtyard. For £21 definitely not worth it.
The title of this is misleading. This does not include going inside and standing on the balcony. We paid direct when we got there and only paid €12 for the whole thing! Cost was £14 from Viator and only lets you stand in the courtyard
Received the ticket after 30 minutes that my schedule entrance was so I couldn't get in. Disappointed

Beautiful courtyard and was lovely to see! However, it was a lots of money for the time you are in there and what you actually see!
An experience to have, for those who are a dreamer like me; everything managed very well, especially the smooth-moving lines despite the high temperatures. It is a shame not to have been able to visit the upper floors, also due to the excessive heat, but it was all beautiful anyway.

For just looking at the theatre and the balcony the price is too much! I am a defender of spending money on culture but 50+€ for this small experience is definitely too much!
