It was worth it . My guide , Adi , was delightful and very knowledgeable. She was personal and still remain objective.
This was an incredible tour. We took our three kids to explore the Jewish history of Berlin. The stories we learned, sites we saw, and history lesson learned will stay with us forever. Highly recommend for anyone interested in exploring Berlin’s Jewish history.
We had a wonderful tour of Berlin. Eran was extremely knowledgeable about the history and sites and answered all of our questions. It was really fun and educational.
Thank you do much for the kind words!
Great tour. Very informative. Sharon was amazing. Went to the right places. Probably would have needed 4 hours. Would recommend
Thank you so much!!!
Orr was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. He presented history and stories in a thought provoking and humanizing manner. Learning about Berlin through the Jewish lens was personally very meaningful….and hopeful. Would highly recommend this tour!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear the tour left such a meaningful impression.
We booked our tour of Jewish Lisbon through essenciaalatitude.com. From recommendations of others we requested that our guide be Diogo. To say the least, we were not disappointed. We look back at this tour with Diogo to be the highlight of our trip. His knowledge of the history of the Jews in Portugal cannot be underestimated. He was professional, warm and friendly and fun to be with. We learned so much not only about the history of the Jews in Portugal but also about the history of Portugal then and now. He pointed out small, but extremely important details that we would not have noticed. As a matter of fact, a group was near us and their guide missed this. A member overheard our guide and brought his friends back. Diogo did something that no other guide has ever done. The next day we received an email from him with a reading list and review of each place we visited. Jewish or not, if you are interested in history don’t miss this tour and don’t miss having Diogo as your guide.
Very informative Guide was very knowledgeable about old Jewish Quaters and tour was quite thorough and enjoyable

Thank you so much for your kind words!
We had a private tour with Tal. We thought she was professional and very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. As an Israeli, she has a unique but educated perspective on Jewish history. The tour brought us closer to our roots. Pay close attention to the gold squares embedded in the sidewalks. Very moving.
Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad the tour resonated with you and brought you closer to your roots. Hope to guide you again soon!
