We’ll start by picking you up from your hotel, homestay, Airbnb in and around District 1 or a central meeting point in Saigon. Then, we’ll embark on our Saigon Jeep Tour By Night to explore the vibrant nightlife and authentic local cuisine.
First, we’ll cross the Saigon River and venture into District 4, where you’ll discover the bustling seafood street food scene. Immerse yourself in the local atmosphere as you savor fresh and flavorful seafood dishes.
Next, we’ll take you to a hidden gem in Saigon, where you’ll enjoy another iconic local delicacy – Banh Xeo (Vietnamese sizzling crepes). This is a chance to experience a dish that many tourists don’t know about. As we continue our Saigon Jeep Tour By Night, we’ll expose you to the real Saigon by taking you through the maze of backstreets, tiny alleyways, local neighborhoods, and markets. This will give you a glimpse into the everyday life of the locals, beyond the typical tourist sites. We will enjoy authentic and exotic dishes that wows you with the tastes of Saigon the flavor to vibes. Passing By and stop for photo oppotunity through the bustling Central Business District, including the iconic Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the War Remnants Museum. We only stop outside for photos!
Finally, we’ll take you to explore Saigon’s famous and trendy party hub at the beer street, where you can enjoy a glass of craft beer on the rooftop bar for spectacular panoramic review of the city before we drop you back at your accommodation.

We LOVED our tour with Mia. She was so cheerful and interesting. She taught us a lot of information about Vietnamese culture and took us into alleys where the locals live and chose completely delicious dishes and places that we would never have found without her. We really enjoyed this tour. Driving through the busy streets in the open Jeep was a lot of fun and gave us a completely different experience of Ho Chi Minh City. Our guide, Minh, was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. What we appreciated most was that he took us to places we would never have found on our own. He also shared a lot of interesting information about the city, Vietnamese language, equality, local life, and the different neighborhoods. He happily answered all our questions, which made the tour feel personal rather than scripted. The food was very good, and everything was well organized from start to finish. If you want to see more than the typical tourist attractions, we can definitely recommend this tour.
We had an absolute phenomenal time on this vintage jeep with a very tentative tour guide who tailored the tour to our interests. It was amazing seeing the city at night and trying out the city’s best street foods. The rooftop bar was also a cherry on top. That was our last night in the city and we had a blast. Totally recommend.
We went on the Jeep food tour with our 7 month old son. At the last minute I contacted Huong to let her know that we may have to leave the tour early for our baby but instead she made changes to accommodate our needs and make it perfect for our little family. our guide, Kelly, made sure it was perfect. She was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to make changes for us. She took us to places we would never have found on our own and was happy to carry and play with our son to make him happy and give him a positive experience too. We finished the tour with full bellies and happy hearts. Thank you!

This tour is a must - we had the most amazing night with Mia and Hung cruising in the Jeep. We were so lucky to drive down “walking street” in the Jeep. It’s the best way to see that amazing street in HCMC Highly recommend booking this via Nu from Backstreet Tours
