Despite a group of 6 waiting from 30 to 40 mins before the pickup time at the correct location until 20 mins after the time, no-one showed up, then they tried to claim they were there and went on the tour with two guests! 3 sets of 2 guests all can't have been wrong! Don't trust this company! They the. Wouldnt do anything to fix this!!

Robin was an amazing I heard so much new things about Jack the Ripper from him today what I didn’t now. I was a bit sad when the tour was over because Robin was very nice and he really made a fantastic job. For me personally the tour could be a little longer.

Had a great time with Jim the Ripper! He was so knowledgeable and we had a wonderful time on his tour. It may have been the hottest day in London, but we still had a great time.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the Jack the Ripper walking tour and that Marc’s knowledge and storytelling made the experience so engaging. It is great to know you had such a good time exploring the history and areas of Whitechapel with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour soon!
It was a great, in depth tour, which quickly became apparent by our guides wealth of knowledge about Jack the Ripper. I think we got lucky with this guy because he was a retired school history teacher too. Happy to answer any questions relating to areas we visited (not just Ripper ones). Judging by his accent, I knew he was a local man. Actually, it turned out that his family was from White Chapel and his Grandmother was alive (4 years old) when the Ripper committed the murders. A fair price to pay (circa £15) for the fine details which he goes into. At the end he says who he believes did it, presenting the evidence and explaining why it could be him!!
Thank you for your 5-star review! We're so glad you enjoyed the in-depth tour and appreciated the guide’s extensive local knowledge and storytelling. It’s great to hear the experience was engaging and informative throughout. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again soon!
Marc was very knowledgable about the stops on the tour and managed to still give a chronologically sound story of Jack the Ripper whilst not darting back and forth between geographically disparate locations.
