We had a great time on this Tour. We took the short ride to the island, spent a couple hours enjoying the island on our golf cart, had a great lunch on the beach, and then ended the day snorkeling off the coast/reefs. It was so nice to be in a smaller group vs the typical catamaran. We would definitely do this again!
The captain and crew that gave us a ride to Isla Mujeres and guided the snorkeling activity was amazing and we highly recommend them. Punta Sur was very beautiful and worth the trip and fees. The golf cart ran very poorly. Parking at Punta Norte was impossible and we could not go to the beach there. Be aware of the option to pay to park. We recommend that people take more cash with them for fees and tipping. It would be helpful if a lot of the fees were included in the initial payment for the package.
We had a great day. Oscar and Carlos were great. They were very punctual and everything went smoothly. Excellent snorkeling with a great variety of fish, some lobsters and an octopus. There was a bit of current to swim against but excellent visibility. Back on the boat whe had beers, water and very good ceviche. When we docked in Isla Mujeres, Oscar helped with the cart rental. We had a fun day touring the island, had a nice lunch and met the boat back at the marina. Smooth trip back to the dock. Very low stress day.
A group of us went with Felipe and Lolo as our boat guides and it was so much fun! The snorkeling was beautiful and you could tell they knew the history of the island & the MUSA. The boat was very nice! They were very accommodating. We got golf carts included to also drive around the island. Will definitely use them when we come back!
Way over priced for what you get. This is not a tour… this is a speedboat shuttle from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. The ride takes about 25 minutes one way and once on the island, they walk you across the street to get the golf cart and that is it. They don’t come with you to tour the island, the boat ride is too short to even have one beer and if you choose to snorkel, it is a 30 min stop. We left the pier at 9:15am and were back to Cancun by 4pm, so also not the 8 hours it says… it was more like 7 hours, but again they are only with you for 40 min of that 7 hours. Absolutely not worth over $600 for 2 adults and 4 kids. The guys who work the boat were very kind and tried to help when I was as questioning the “tour” aspect… they seemed surprised it was called a tour and didn’t realize all that was supposed to be included besides the boat ride over and the golf cart.
Bought our tickets for a family of four after getting antsy after too many days sitting poolside at our hotel in Cancun. Wasn’t real sure what to expect, but Roberto and Jaime made sure things ran like clockwork. Got transportation from our hotel to the marina, then a speedboat over to Isla Mujeres (can’t stress how nice that was after hearing from other families who’d taken catamarans that the time sunk on the travel to and from the island felt thoroughly wasted). Had a beautiful day for snorkeling and got to a popular site before anyone else showed up. Saw schools of lots of colorful fish, barracudas, lobsters and all sorts of fun stuff. The kids (12 and 14) loved it. Golf cart pickup was painless and we managed things pretty quickly from there. Only thing we regretted was not having done much by way of research before the trip, as we just meandered about the island without really knowing where we were going. It worked out, as we found our way to playa nortre, a fantastic restaurant (with a bunch of unexpected perks) - Kin La -, and a monument park (that was a bit of a tourist trap, but worth a visit), and a beautiful drive up the east coast. Pickup was right on time and the trip back was seamless. Wins all around.
We had a great experience on our day trip to Isla Mujeres! Orlando was full of knowledge and gave us great recommendations of what to do while on the island. Snorkeling in the morning was awesome as well, there were so many fish surrounding us. The golf carts were an amazing way to experience the whole island. The whole process was extremely smooth. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Isla Mujeres for a day!!!!

We had a great time on our tour! Oscar & Manny were absolutely wonderful! We had a child not sure about snorkeling and they were both great with her! We enjoyed going around the island on our golf cart shopping and stopping at playa Norte! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We went in July sooo hot, there is no air conditioning in any of the shopping areas. Having said that we rented golf cart and drove all over the island and that was really fun. Punta Sur was beautiful. There was an initial problem w the golf cart rental that we were going to have to pay for it again and get reimbursed but the tour person took care of it.
