- The "Premium Full Experience" does not include the buffet lunch nor access to a Beach Club. Clients go directly to the center of Isla Mujeres.
- For the safety, the snorkel activity may be cancelled due to bad weather.
- The dock tax must be paid upon arrival at the dock.
- To participate in the snorkel you must be at least 8 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women nor people older than 60 years old cannot participate in the snorkeling activity.
- Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years.
