After this, we’ll navigate to Contoy, where you'll can enjoy a trip of exploration with our certified guide. You'll have time to relax on the beach or to make a second snorkel on the shore. Later you will delight yourself with a delicious regional buffet meal. In our way back you will have the opportunity of visit Isla Mujeres where you can walk and buy souvenirs. A tour filled with nature and adventure!

Pickup Locations & Times
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, pick up start at 7:00 am and depending on the location the pick up time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

- Snorkel is not available for non-swimmers, people over 59 years old or children under 10 years old
- The free time at the Island is without a guide
- Children can only participate in the snorkel with the company of one parent or guardian
- Life vest is mandatory
- Snorkeling may be cancelled due to weather or rough seas. Its unavailability is not grounds for a partial nor full refund.
- Pregnant travelers can't participate

We took the trip hoping to see some interesting sites and birds but it turned out about half of the day is traveling on the shuttle or ferries with a short tour on Contoy. The rest of the time is free time. You can spend the free time shopping in the Isla Mujeres or on the beach. After getting to Contoy you can go for a 15 minute guided tour there is nothing else to do but have a lunch and then sit on the beach. You can’t walk the paths without a guide so your options are limited. The place is poorly looked after with few amenities except for “self composting bathrooms”. Make sure you bring a towel to sit on as there are no chairs or loungers provided at the beach. If you are someone that gets sea sick take some before heading to Contoy.
All the times that were described in this review are wrong. There was more time at Contoy and during the Catamaran trip
Really enjoyable day, run by enthusiastic, knowledgeable and bilingual staff. Our time on Isla Mujeres felt a bit rushed, but we enjoyed our time and Isla Contoy was beautiful!!! There were enough lunch options for vegetarians and anyone that’s gluten intolerant.
The staff members are in love with Mexico and it's nature, they will do everthing so you can always fell in love with it too We are happy to know that you loved the lunch, even mexican food can be vegetarian or gluten free, but still delicious We hope to see you soon, there are other Islands to explore!
Wonderful tour. Recommend it if staying in Cancun. Get to see both islands off Cancun and the Isla Contoy is a well kept paradise with beautiful beaches and wildlife. Travelling to it along the reef was great as saw turtles swimming and on the way back the crew were excellent getting a party atmosphere going with everyone on board. Overall a great experience.
The Fauna and Flora of the Island is well preserved and taken care of, the nature surrounding the place is simply majestic Thank you for letting us share this adventure with you
I would give 4.5 stars if I can instead of 5, but decided to go with 5 due to minor issue with booking. I booked at last minute, and got a call from them for cancellation due unavailability at night time. Then next morning, got a call from them that the driver at the hotel to pick me up. Only got few minutes to get ready But overall, staff are nice, friendly. Great hosts! Short time in isla mujeres but good length of time in contoy island. Definitely a beautiful place! Alcohol and lunch provided. Don’t miss out the experience!
