Imlil Escape: Atlas Mountains Day Trip & Homely Lunch

Kind and knowledgeable guide Yousef, great experience with a variety of activities and sights. Really worth for your money.

Spent a wonderful day discovering the village of Imlil and surrounding off the beaten track with lots to see. The team managing this activity was very well organised and looked after us all. Our tour guide, Youssef, was excellent, super sweet and fun, he speaks English fluently and takes the time to explain everything in great details, he definitely made the experience so much more. Had a very delicious and filling meal in a welcoming environment, with breathtaking view of the Atlas mountains. Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed my time and left with some amazing memories and beautiful pictures. I’d highly recommend it to anyone, it’s really worth it.

The trip was fantastic, so many beautiful places to visit and experience little bit of the Berber culture. Our tour guide Joussef was brilliant. Taking time to make sure everything was going smoothly, he took care of the every person in the group adapting to their needs. He told us a lot about the culture and lifestyle of the locals and he answered all our questions with patience.

The day was amazing. We had a great, friendly tour guide (Youssef) who showed us the best places for pictures and history of the area. We both loved it and would definitely go again!

Youseff our tour guide was amazing! He made the experience all the better. Youseff was very courteous, and well organized. We did several different excursions, seeing incredible sights of the mountains and even having a traditional Tajjn meal in a small mountain village! Youseff’s kind character and knowledge on the area and culture made our trip very memorable. We wouldn’t have been able to have this experience anywhere else!

We did the trekking to the top of Toubpkal mountain with 4 girls (Belgium and Germany). Yousef (+212 656-976708) was our guide during this experience. He organised everything very well. The day before the hike we met for a breefing and via Whatsapp we had contact untill the day of the hike. Yousef is a local and can give a lot of information (Yousef speaks fluent English), he knows the area and the other local people. He arranged everything for us: food, accommodation in the refuge, jackets, lights,... . The trekking was wonderful and the guide was top. Higly recommend! 👌

Awesome Tour and Guide! We went to Mt. Toubkal and had an amazing day. The guide brought all the equipment we needed and was super supportive through all times - especially when it became challenging. We stopped at an awesome lunch place though it was always up to the group and no pressure at all of getting something! Highly recommend!

don’t get spooked by the lack of description, this is a great day tour to get a taste of atlas mountains and experience the varying landscapes of Morocco while passing through the agafay desert on the way back. Our tour guide Walid and driver Mustapha had beautiful energy, were helpful, informative and soundtracked the day with songs. Definitely recommend!

Youssef is one of the amazing people that I have ever met. He is very nice and patient. We did an unforgettable Imlil tour with him where he showed us the beauty and humbleness of the place and the people. He welcomed us in his house and provided the most delicious Tagines. A group of friends and I went on a trek from Imlil to the top of Toubkal mountain. We had Saiid and Abdelilah as guides, and they were very patient and helpful throughout the trek. They were very knowledgeable about the area, made sure we were comfortable on all stages of the trip, and that we had an enjoyable time. Highly recommend them as guides for exploring the area!
