Peefect day trip from Marrakech

A perfect day trip from Marrakech! The views are absolutely beautiful and worth the walk. It was a really nice change to the mess and loudness from Marrakech. Our driver and guide were really nice and got us to all the good spots. I cannot recomend this tour enough!

Great day trip and break from Marrakech

Our driver, Lahcen, was awesome. On time, clean and air conditioned vehicle and safe driver. He made suggestions of stops for pictures (no shopping as promised) and was super friendly and informative. We ended up walking instead of using a mule, nothing difficult but would recommend runners or shoes with grip as there were a lot of loose rocks. Lunch was large and there were great views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend for a nice break from the hustle of Marrakech.

Fantastic day trip!

Such a fantastic tour! Our guide and driver Jamal was the best guide we’ve had while holidaying in Morocco. He was very knowledgeable, genuine, friendly and was more than happy to stop whenever we wanted to take a photo (and even bought us some fresh cherries on the way home!). The tour stated no forced shopping and this was correct (and very refreshing compared to some other tours we’ve been on). Lunch at the Berbers house was delicious, with super peaceful surroundings and we really enjoyed the mule ride too - they guides took very good care of us. Thanks for an excellent day - we really enjoyed escaping the city for a day and finding some serenity :)

Amazing tour, friendly crew and unforgettable moments!

We booked the Imlil Tour and the day after the tour to Essaouira. We had the fortune to spend two amazing days together with Lahcen and his team in the Atlas Mountains and at the Atlantic sea. The whole team is extremely friendly and they gave answers to all our questions. Whenever we wanted to stop for a drink or to make pictures, they did and we always had the feeling they enjoy their work and love what they do! We can highly recommend this nice guys! Next time we will be in Morocco, we will book for sure a trip into the dessert with them! Thanks Lahcen and Ibraim. We hope to see you soon again!

Fantastic Touring with AST!!! Slam Dunk!

We are a family of four, with a 21 year old and a 8 year old..day one we did the Marrakech city tour with Abderrahim and Hannan, which was wonderful. I just really don’t think we would have had the same experience on foot ourselves. Abderrahim was prompt at the hotel to pick us up and Hannan really did a great job touring the sites with us and really educating us on Marrakech. Day two Abderrahim picked us up for the Imlil and High Atlas Mountains day tour with donkey trek. It was such a great day and could not have been better..Abderrahim is such a pleasure to spend time with and he really has patience with tourists (we have so many questions!). We took donkeys up to a Berber village for lunch and hiked around a bit. I cannot say enough about AST, what a perfect two day adventure. Abderrahim was the perfect companion, Hannan a great guide for the city, and it’s worth noting that Ibrahim and Lahcen were super responsive to set everything up before our trip, answering a bunch of questions and making sure that we were good to go. I can’t say enough good things about AST..do yourself a favor and reach out to Ibrahim and Lahcen to book a tour or two!!

A stunning mountain top restaurant...

A stunning mountain top restaurant , supposedly the highest restaurant and building in Morocco, with good food awaited us after an hour trek up a steep and rocky mountain path. This was accomplished by riding a mule led by a young man. A first experience for me and of course the mule had to be ridden all the way down yo our car. We were the only passengers and our driver spoke excellent English and was one of the few Moroccans who exchanged political views and opinions with us. Imlil Valley is striking and is close to Marrakech. An excellent excursion.
