Voglio spiegare che i primi 30 minuti saranno dedicati a una presentazione di Jemaa el-Fna e alla sua storia.
Dedicheremo circa 40 minuti alla scoperta della storia degli ebrei in Marocco, visitando il Mellah, l’antico quartiere ebraico della Medina. Parleremo delle tradizioni, dell’architettura e della convivenza tra le diverse comunità che hanno segnato la storia di Marrakech. Successivamente passeremo al Palazzo Bahia, dove esploreremo i suoi splendidi cortili e le sue decorazioni, raccontando la sua storia e l’importanza che ha avuto. Durante il percorso, faremo anche una breve presentazione di un riad tradizionale, spiegandone l’architettura e il significato culturale.
Partiremo dal Palais Bahia verso Piazza Rahba Kedima, scoprendo l’antico mercato delle spezie e la sua storia commerciale. Attraverseremo i vicoli della Medina, tra botteghe e tradizioni locali. Proseguiremo alla Madrasa Ben Youssef per ammirare la sua magnifica architettura e conoscere la sua importanza storica. Concluderemo con tempo per foto e domande.
Dopo la visita alla Madrasa Ben Youssef, proseguiremo verso una cooperativa femminile specializzata in prodotti a base di olio di argan, spezie e cosmetici naturali. Qui scopriremo i metodi tradizionali di produzione e il ruolo importante delle donne nell’economia locale. Continueremo poi tra gli artigiani tradizionali e i mercati interni della Medina, attraversando i souk più autentici. Questa parte del tour sarà dedicata anche al tempo per lo shopping, con consigli e spiegazioni sui prodotti locali.

We were fortunate to meet Ismail during our trip to Marrakech, and he truly made a difference. He speaks excellent Italian, which made everything very simple, enjoyable, and interesting even for those visiting the city for the first time. Initially, we had planned only one morning with him, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to add another right away. He was much more than just a guide: he accompanied us in discovering the real Marrakech, showing us hidden corners, less touristy places, and sharing curiosities and details that we would have never discovered on our own. Always available, kind, and knowledgeable, he manages to convey the soul of the city with passion and authenticity. If you want to truly experience Marrakech and not just stick to the typical tourist spots, Ismail is essential.

Respectful of people, waiting for you , catches you up if someone stays behind, has patience , is prepared A PASSIONATE!! Speaks good Italian, The tour starts with historical, geographical, cultural and religious notes and then takes you to the souks , all the craftsmen's places , great shopping tips. It would take an Ismail in every city in the world as a guide.

I visited Marrakech for the first time with 2 friends and we were lucky enough to discover the Medina with Ismail and it was a very special experience! He picked us up directly from our riad because initially it is easy to get lost in the alleys of the center. He was always attentive and helpful throughout the visit. Ismail speaks Italian perfectly and this made the tour even more enjoyable and interesting. He told us many curiosities and stories about Marrakech that are hardly found in tourist guides, really transmitting the spirit and soul of the city. He made himself extremely available even after the tour, giving us useful tips for the stay and his phone number for any need. Ismail is really professional, kind and passionate, I recommend it to everyone, especially Italians visiting Marrakech for the first time. We enjoyed it and we are already fond of it! Ismail is one of the best guides I have had in Marrakech. Passionate, he speaks very good Italian, knows how to give advice and knows very well the history of the city. It also takes you to less traveled areas where there are craftsmen working. Very satisfied with the experience

We had the pleasure of visiting Marrakech with Ismail as our guide and it was a very special experience.
