Starting with a roundtrip transfer from Pompei (our meeting point is a few minutes away from the ruins area!) you'll head to a local winery on the slopes of the volcano, offering incredible views of the Gulf of Sorrento and Capri. Kick off the adventure with a guided horseback ride through the vineyards, exploring the terrain of Mount Vesuvius under the stars. Feel the thrill of riding beneath this iconic volcano while learning about the area from our local guides. After the ride, relax at the winery and enjoy a BBQ featuring fresh local meats, vegetables, and wines produced right on the slopes of our volcano! Dine with stunning views of Vesuvius and the coastline, soaking up the true flavors of southern Italy. Please note: The horseback ride is at a slow pace, it's meant to spend time with animals and admire the views, it's not suitable for those who would like to galop/ride fast

The experience was well organized between transportation to and from each activity, timing of the activities, and quality of the experience. Definitely recommend!
Each host was knowledgeable about the region and their expertise. Friendly. If its your first time on a wine tasting or a horse, don't worry they will make you feel comfortable. The food and wines are fantastic! The horse riding through the vineyards is beautiful and the guide is very informative. Definitely a great experience! My boyfriend had never been on a horse nor is he a wine drinker, but he enjoyed the experience and looks forward to doing it again. Definitely dress appropriately because at some point you are riding a horse. We lucked out and we were the only two on the horse ride. Don't snack before you go because the food is filling along w/the wine and desert. All in all great experience and would do it again.
This was mine and my husbands favourite part of our honeymoon. The horse riding was beautiful and the staff were very helpful, especially as I was a complete beginner! Our driver was so friendly and fun which made sure that every moment of this experience was memorable. Last and definitely not least, the food. The chef was fun, chatty and an excellent chef who made delicious food. The meal had paired wines which were also delicious. The views and settings were breathtaking. Overall this was excellent value for money and a completely unforgettable experience. Thank you!

Great experience, super friendly staff who would constantly make theirs for that we got a good trip. Sweet horses. Delicious food, with prey, main dish and dessert. Thanks a lot for a great time we had with Sofia. This trip was organized perfectly. Beautiful views, lots of fun and beautiful pictures. Horses are adorable. Lots of information about land, vine and olive oil production. Sofia is very nice and helpful. In her beautiful place with a great view with her own garden and beehive we had a delicious dinner with there homemade vine and honey tasting prepared by amazing chef Giuseppe . It was a beautiful evening on Vesuvius.
One of the best experiences I’ve had - we did the horseback tour + bbq/tasting experience. I’ve never been horse riding prior to this and I feel like I picked it up quite quickly thanks to the expertise of the instructors. The actual tour showcased incredible views of mount Vesuvius and Pompeii. We then had an amazing bbq organised by the team, which in all honesty felt like a 3 course meal you’d expect from a restaurant (no complaints here!). We also tasted some of the wine and honey made locally, which were second to none. This is an absolute must if you are planning to visit Pompeii!
