Very nice. Cenote was refreshing and fun.
I just wanted to recommend a great excursion that we went on yesterday to Bonanza Ranch, just 20 minutes from the hotel (Dreams Sapphire) booked through Amstar at resort. A 1.5 hour trek in the Mayan jungle followed by a swim in a natural cenote. You take a stop for water, get to feed the horse a natural treat from the jungle. Was well shaded and no one got any insect bites. The horses were well looked after, our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were great with the kids and my husband whom was a little nervous! We saw spider monkeys swinging in the trees, a white peacock, snake and lizards all in their natural habitat. A fantastic 3 hours away from resort 1230-1530 (they also do a 0900-1200) thoroughly enjoyed by all 💯 recommend for those with experience or beginners.
Very nice experience. Alma was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable and hospitable! Would recommend to anyone! Very nice trail and workers as well.
The whole experience was great. Everyone was very friendly. Our tour guide, Alma, was exceptional. We enjoyed the horseback ride and learning about the ranch. The Cenote was beautiful and refreshing! Thank you for a great experience!
This place is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is great and the people at the ranch are so friendly. The tour was so peaceful and informational and funny. The horses are so friendly and gentle. There’s a story behind every horse and seems like all the employees are passionate of the horses.
We did not do the horse ride. We swam in the cenote and visited with the animals. Our guide was Lupita and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She shared a lot of information and spoke very good English. The cenote was a little murky and not as clear as others, but it was on campus with our hotel, so it was easy to get to for a short outing.
The experience with Lupita was amazing! She was so informative and so kind. We enjoyed our day with her!
Ms. Lupita made the tour very very informative and fun, had an awesome time. She is great at her job, I definitely recommed her for your tour guide.
Very nice!! Everyone was was very informative
I had a brilliant time. Everyone was so friendly the place was very well maintained and more importantly the horses were very well looked after. I loved on our trail ride how the guide told us the story about each of the horses story before they came. Some were rescues. I really really enjoyed it and could have spent everyday of my holiday there. The swim in the Cenote was just magic and absolutely stunning. Thanku all Xxxx
