How to find your guide: Your guide will contact travelers via WhatsApp or SMS the evening before the tour to reconfirm the pickup time. On the day of the tour, the guide will be waiting at the meeting point/ hotel lobby holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name to ensure easy identification. For hotel pickup: The guide will meet travelers in the hotel lobby. For Airbnbs or apartments, we will meet at the building entrance or the nearest accessible pickup point. For customers meeting at the designated location: We will meet outside the Saigon Central Post Office (main entrance). The guide will hold a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
