Most Memorable Experience in Vietnam

What a beautiful experience the Half Day Meditation retreat was! Everyone at the pagoda was so kind and welcoming. My hosts Hiên and Thao were also very kind and attentive and very happy to share their love for Buddha and the values they live by. They served me a very good vegetarian meal with so many different dishes. I was shown many meditation and breathing techniques. The retreat was meant to be 3-4 hours but I wound up staying the entire day. At the very end of the day, Hiên even took me the river to release some fish. It was a very memorable and touching experience, even if you are not a Buddhist or religious. Their values, sense of community and way of living apply even to non-Buddhists, radiating compassion and kindness.

An initiation experience to mediation and Buddhist culture!

We did this 4h session as a couple. It was a really nice experience. The guides are very kind, attentive and we really want to pass on their knowledge of Buddhist culture. In addition, the monk is very open to discussion and listening to our opinions. Initiation to Qigong and mediation. Spending the meal with the locals was also great! I can only recommend for those who want to put a first foot in what Buddhist mediation represents.
