Our tour guide was Ayshen, and she is very lovely, knowledgeable, and it really comes across the pride she has for the city. As an American person who has traveled to more than forty countries, Baku is a hidden gem. The city is vibrant, thriving, and culturally deep. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it as a day one activity to understand this beautiful city. I don't know if you have the option to choose your guide, but if you do - you won't go wrong with Ayshen
Thank you for your amazing review 😊 We’re so happy you enjoyed discovering Baku with Ayshen. Your kind words about the city and the tour truly mean a lot 🌷

Aysu was just amazing! She was friendly and took us to some very interesting places! She was also open to answering our questions!
The tour with Aysu was great! She is very nice and explained everything carefully, really recommend! It gave a great overview of the history of the city and main sights.
Lovely tour. Informative and we visited Balli Boutique where we tried Baklava and the tasty tea of Azerbajan. Would recommend.
Mr. Arif is excellent as our Tour Guide. He is very knowledgeable and loyal in Azerbaijan's history and historical places. He is also very accommodating and friendly. He is a valuable asset for his company, Baku City Tours.
We booked this tour to see some of the area outside of Baku. Our tour guide, Tourgay (we had a fun time with this play on words), arrived on time to pick us up at our hotel. We drove about 1 1/2 hours to see the mud volcanoes. We transferred to a private car, given the bad condition of the road out there. Our driver was a bit of a mad man, and we eventually asked him to slow down. The volcanoes were interesting, given that they were cold and not hot as the geysers we are used to in the U.S. Not a heck of a lot to see once you've seen one, so we only stayed there about 10 minutes. We then went to see the petroglyphs. First visited the museum, where I felt a bit rushed by our guide. Then walked around to see the various rock art. We received some narrative, but at times it was not totally clear what we were seeing. Then drove the hour back to Baku, arriving a bit before the anticipated end of the 4 hour tour. Saw some different things than we would have if we had stayed in the city, but given that we have similar sights in the part of the U.S. where we live it might not have been as interesting to us as if we had never seen such sights.
The tour was fascinating and what made it unforgettable experience is our guide Ali who was patient and answered all our questions with generosity, he was always welcoming with a very professional customer service skills. Our driver was also amazing though he didn't know English much but he tried to give us information as much as he can. I highly recommend this trip especially with Ali you will enjoy it to great extend
We visited the mud volcano and the gobustan park. We thoroughly enjoyed. I would say it is a must visit place in Baku. Thanks to Arif and Faris from Baku city tours in making seamless arrangements. We were short of time, but still they arranged our tour so well that we reached airport on time. Faris who accompanied us as guide was very patient and polite in explaining the history around gobustan. Special mention about the driver arranged by Baki city tour. He was very polite. He dropped us at the airport and was willing to walk with us till the terminal so that he can be sure that we enter without any trouble. Thanks Arif, Faris and the diver for making the tour so pleasant and comfortable. 10/10... keep up the good work
The tour was very interesting, especially mud volcanoes are incredible. Thanks to knowledgeable guide Fariz and professional driver Farid. High class tour agency!
