Twice booked paid mix folded cheated fingers off fraudsters collecting money from will forward to lawyer
We arrived to the heli pad checked with the front desk and magically no one knew who we were. No reservations. No availability. The tickets we received were useless. I messaged the tour operator while onsite to find out what was going on and 30 mins later they respond and say sorry today is full we will refund your money. Complete waste of time. Very disappointed.
The experience was excellent. We arrived early and liked the fact we boarded almost immediately. We would have liked more of a commentary on the areas we passed over. But overall the trip was excellent.
Amazing absolutely amazing. I would definitely do this every time. The pilot was very informative and made you feel totally relaxed at all times. All staff very helpful in every possible way cant wait to see you all again.
