While the driver got us to our destination two hours away, he didn't say two words to us the whole trip and had no interest in conversation. Not a very welcoming impression for first time visitors to the UK but he did his job I guess. On the plus side, Viator support staff were very helpful in ensuring the driver was alerted of changes to our pick-up time when our flight was delayed. We were initially told to message the driver ourselves on WhatsApp which I did but he never responded.
Our pick-up went absolutely flawless our driver was on time, professional, and so friendly. The car was clean and comfortable, which made the ride stress-free after a long travel day. Everything from start to finish was easy and smooth. We will absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable transportation!
