Pick-Up Details Your private driver will meet you directly inside the terminal at Heathrow Airport (all terminals), holding a board with your name. Airport fees and meet-and-greet service are included in the fare. After collecting you, your driver will escort you to your vehicle and assist with your luggage. You will then travel comfortably to Windsor Castle, located approximately 30–40 minutes from Heathrow (traffic dependent). Once in Windsor, you will have around 75–90 minutes of free time to explore the castle and the picturesque town centre. After your visit, your driver will take you back to Heathrow Airport in time for your onward flight. Tickets and Entry Information Admission tickets to Windsor Castle are not included in this tour and can be purchased separately via the official website. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your entry and avoid queues.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Heathrow Airport: The pick-up location at Heathrow Airport depends on the terminal where your flight lands. Our drivers provide a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. Each terminal has a designated meeting point to avoid confusion: Terminal 2: WHSmith (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 3: Caffè Nero (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 4: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 5: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall) If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy: We understand that passport control and baggage claim may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting: Free Waiting Time: 75 minutes from the actual landing time. This includes 60 minutes at the meeting point plus an additional 15 minutes grace. Extended Waiting: If passengers doesn’t show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category: Saloon: £12.50 per 15-minute slot, MPV / Executive: £15.00 per 15-minute slot, Large MPV / Business MPV / Luxury: £17.50 per 15-minute slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link. Communication During Delays: In case of major delays at passport control or baggage reclaim, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion. No-Show: If after 90 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Meet & Greet & Luggage Assistance: Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.

I recently booked this service during my Heathrow layover. It was basically a $700 uber drop off and pick up. It’s a complete scam and joke to advertise as a “private”tour. We opted not to purchase the actual tour, which was an additional cost. They make it seem like you are getting by a tour or service, but it was not even as interactive as an uber ride. It’s literally a drop off service. The driver did meet us promptly at the airport.We took a short drive and were dropped off in front of the castle. We were simply dropped off without any information or guidance. There was no introduction to the area, no recommendations on what to see, no water, and no tips for our visit. The driver, who greeted us with a sign, didn’t engage in any conversation other than telling us to call when we were ready to be picked up. Zero conversation. For nearly $700, I expected more than just a drop off service. I feel completely scammed and misled. The private tour advised is misleading and non existent. There was nothing special about this drop off service. Even my teen children commented that it was strange the driver didn’t even say anything to us. I wouldn’t recommend this service; it was a waste of money and a joke.
