Pickup Locations & Times
Meet & Greet Service inside the terminal. Your driver will meet you inside your terminal with name board depending on the terminal, between 45 - 60 minutes depending on your flight and terminal. You will be sent specific meeting places we use for each terminal normally a shop or cafe, so no getting lost !!! We will also monitor your flight for any delays etc.

Everything was fantastic, very professional and extremely knowledgeable, we were met inside the terminal as soon as we collected our luggage.
On time, personable driver with ample local knowledge, in a safe, clean vehicle. A good experience I’d recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with travel on public transport and multiple transfers.

Thank you Solent for a wonderful transfer from Heathrow to Harbour Hotel in Southampton on 21 May. Lural met us at the appointed location in the terminal and whisked us off to the hotel seamlessly. Melanie was great and very patient. We had problems getting through the airport and security. I also forgot to take my phone off of airplane mode, so even though Melanie was trying to contact us, I wasn't receiving. Melanie was patient and didn't give up on us even though we were probably an hour past pick up time. We sincerely appreciated her patience.
Melanie was extremely helpful, pleasant and informative. She also handled the heavy traffic very well.
Driver met us in aiport arrivals area as agreed. Flight had been delayed but contact was made by driver to assure us that trip was still confirmed. Good communications by service provider. Recommended to any traveller going from Heathrow to Southampton. Mercedes mini van was spotless.
Service was excellent and the driver was a pleasure to travel with. She monitored our flight and accommodated our late arrival without any issues.
