The driver was there with name sign. Extremely polite. Very clean vehicle. Excellent service. Group included a teen, 87 year old with mobility issues and two adults. He did a good job of keeping all happy
Jonesy was wonderful. Met us right outside of Customs and was very helpful with our bags and my handicapped husband.. Had time to kill before hotel check in so he booked tickets for Windsor Castle for us. Got us to the hotel and helped again with my husband and luggage. Why a great guy!
terminal 2 is such a drag …… long walk from check in all the way to the gate for North American bound traveller. Be prepared.
we arrived at airport before driver was there, we felt lost but fortunately driver called and assured us he is on his way to pick us up.
The driver was late to pick us up. None of the numbers provided worked to alert them that we were waiting. The driver missed several exits and it took us an additional 15 mins to 30 minutes to get to our hotel.

We received excellent service to and from our hotel from London Heathrow Airport. We were a group of 7 travelers. Our driver was kind, courteous and timely. We would most certainly use this service again.

Driver was waiting outside, the Car was nice and clean , he was courteous and helped with my luggage . Would recommend
<p>Company says they plan and watch flight so they are there when needed. Our driver was late. Had to call company to find out where and when they would be there. Like other reviewer, we used same company for trip from hotel to airport and had no issues and good experience. They claimed delay was traffic related, but they should have planned for that in my opinion. </p> <p>For 5 people and price though it was good deal.</p>
<p>Communication was good in advance and we knew where to go and wait for our driver, but it was a full hour after landing before we found him because he had been waiting at the wrong place. The information booth helped us call the company and locate him. He didn't apologize and was texting furiously instead of helping us with our luggage as we walked to his parking place a ways off. His unfriendliness and lack of apology was not helpful in starting our family holiday in England. The way back to Heathrow was much better, though, using the same company and driver!</p>
