Once a passenger has booked a journey from Heathrow Airport, we send a confirmation email with all pickup and journey information. On pickup date and time, our driver hold passenger name board by the Heathrow Arival Hall.

Driver was not inside the airport waiting area with the rest of the drivers holding placards. He did communicate via text messages though.

My family and I were very impressed with this transportation service from Heathrow airport to London. So much so that we will use it again for our London to Heathrow trip.
