Flight Monitoring We actively monitor your flight in real time. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly to ensure you are collected on time. Driver Details & Communication Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if you have not received these details. For the best experience, we strongly recommend providing a mobile number that is available on WhatsApp or iMessage, as many of our clients have found these channels to be the most reliable way to stay updated. The driver will keep in touch and confirm their exact arrival time. If you use WhatsApp or iMessage, you will receive live updates. Please ensure your phone is switched on after landing to allow smooth coordination. If you encounter any issues, you can always reach the office or driver using the contact details provided. Meeting Points – Heathrow Airport The pick-up location at Heathrow Airport depends on the terminal where your flight lands. Our drivers provide a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point for your terminal, holding a board with your name for easy recognition. Each terminal has a designated meeting point to avoid confusion: Terminal 2: WHSmith (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 3: Caffè Nero (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 4: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall) Terminal 5: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall) If you cannot locate your driver, please remain at the meeting point and call the number provided. Waiting Time Policy - Heathrow Airport We understand that passport control and baggage claim may take time, so our policy allows for generous waiting: Free Waiting Time: 75 minutes from the actual landing time. This includes 60 minutes at the meeting point plus an additional 15 minutes grace. Extended Waiting: If passengers doesn’t show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, depending on the vehicle category, starting from £12.50 per slot. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card, via a secure payment link. Communication During Delays: In case of major delays at passport control or baggage reclaim, please notify your driver immediately to avoid confusion. No-Show: If after 90 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Waiting Time Policy – Central London We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your scheduled pick-up. If passengers don’t show within 15 minutes, extended waiting fees will apply thereafter. Charges are applied per 15-minute slot, starting from £12.50 per slot. Payment may be made directly to the driver in cash or via secure payment link. No-Show: If after 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show up to the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible. Meet & Greet & Luggage Assistance Your driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle. Assistance is provided for both loading and unloading to ensure a comfortable experience.

We used Trust Transfers 3 times during our trip to London with mixed results. Our transfer to and from Heathrow with Remus was 5+ stars! He was wonderful and made the trip simple and easy. I also had a separate transfer booked with Ahmed for the same morning as the rest of the party’s final ride with Remus. Same pick up location, different drop off, booked one hour later. Ahmed called about 25 minutes prior to the pickup time and said the traffic was heavy and he would be 15 - 20 minutes late. He believed I would be able to make my train even with this delay. I checked the route to the train station and decided it would be possible if Ahmed was no more than 20 minutes late, so I agreed. At the original pickup time, I called to check he was still on track for no more than 20 minutes late. He said nothing had changed, but I asked for verification of his ETA and he said it was now 26 minutes later than scheduled. This time would put the train transfer in jeopardy, so I told Ahmed I needed to take the tube instead and was leaving immediately to do so. About 10 or 15 minutes later, as I was pushing onto an extremely crowded train with all my luggage, Ahmed called to ask if I had already left and to tell me what time we might arrive at the train station if I waited for him. He again blamed the heavy traffic. It was a central London pickup at rush hour. Heavy traffic should have been expected and accounted for. After our phenomenal experience with Remus, this was obviously surprising and disappointing. I’m not sure if maybe the experience is just very driver-dependent or if one experience or the other is typical of the service. I guess my best advice would be to ask for Remus.

While traffic conditions in London can occasionally create delays beyond anyone’s control, we completely understand the impact this had on your journey. After reviewing the situation, a full refund was processed immediately as a gesture of goodwill and understanding.
