The driver will monitor the flight and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. This service is available from 9:00 AM to 13:30PM therefore if your flight lands earlier than 8:30 AM, the chauffeur will only go into the terminal at 9.20 AM. Windsor Castle open daily 10 AM - 15 PM

We arrived on time however our tour guide/driver was not waiting for us after customs. We had to call to find out where he was but he showed up 35 minutes later. There were at least 20+ drivers, etc waiting when we came out of customs with name plaques but we weren't any names listed. After a long flight it's frustrating to not have driver waiting. Then having to call and told driver is 20 minutes out. Excursion to Windsor Castle went without a hitch.
Our driver was wonderful. Very courteous and helpful. I will recommend this to friends and family thinking of things to do while in England
