Interesting and entertaining.

Great tour, great guide, superb job answering questions but also keeping things moving… regardless of the root of your interest (tourism or school-scouting), the paid tours are better to get a HS student excited about college because (in general) the paid guides are just clearly better paid than the student-activity volunteers, and our guide was great. Finding the meet-up spot was complicated mildly due to construction, but a great use of 90-110min.

Amazing Harvard tour

We had an excellent Harvard walking tour with our guide, Bread. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humor that made the tour both educational and entertaining. He shared fascinating stories about Harvard’s history, traditions, and famous alumni while keeping the group interested from start to finish.

Worth the Price

Overall nice tour. Well run and good tour guide. If your in the area and looking for an overview of Harvard (and it's history): its worth the money. If you plan on attending the school and want a tour to help make your decision, this may not be the one for you. With this tour, you won't go into any buildings, dorms, or halls. It's more of a walk through Harvard Yard... and gives you a bit of back history on the school.

Needs improvement

Meeting place was easy to find. Guide was late. While waiting group was larger and larger. Some walkups were sold spots. As a result the group was too large, about 30 people. It was impossible to hear the guide as he walked and talked. Most information was missed. Guide was pleasant but given the tour is about some history, improvement to hearing the guide is vital. Smaller groups were seen throughout the campus for other tours and was clearly improved with all participants within 10ft of the guide when talking. In summary, be on time and small groups or audio devices. It is a paid tour so these are reasonable accommodations.

It's Harvard University...just do it!

Our student guide, Jordan, was excellent! He kept things light and fun, yet infused the tour with plenty of information on Harvard's history. It was enlightening and well worth the time and expense! It was also interesting to see the juxtaposition of the enclosed campus to the very urban surrounding Cambridge neighborhood.

Nice compact fun overview of Harvard campus

Nice brief overview and a good start to the campus. Don’t expect too many details. Some more trivia and history of the school would have been appreciated. Really liked the student perspective of life at Harvard. Locations could have been bundled better to see more of the campus or make better use of the short time available as we did a few back and forths.
