Brilliant location at Bayside Park. We were there at lunch so got a goood seat overlooking the river. The sun shone and we were exceptionally well treated by our server. You can't beat Nachos and beer on a hot day in Florida and we loved our time there. Left with plenty of merchandise after a look around at the memorablia, of which there was a good collection. One of the best Hard Rocks we have visited. Way way better than Orlando who can learn a lot fromthe level of service at this cafe.
We have visited numerous Hard Rock Cafes around the world over the past 15 years. This Miami location was OK, but nothing to get excited about. It seemed smaller than a lot of them and seemed to have less memorabilia than other locations too. Service was great, food was average. Once and done to check off another HRC.

We stopped here before heading to the airport, it was around 2 pm in the afternoon and it was not super crowded. Nevertheless, we waiting almost an hour before our food was delivered, and we did not even order anything special. Husband had a burger with fries, my daughter had a salad bow, and my other daughter and I shared a cesar salad and fries with cheese. Unfortunately, there was a wing of a bug in the salad, and a short while later a live bug crawled out in between the leaves. Then we found a dark hair in the same salad. Overall, it was a disgusting experience. Thankfully, our waitress was super nice. The long wait for the food and the experience of the hair and bugs in the salad was just really not worth it.

Very good place for an afternoon meal , great location in Bay Side - Miami, comfortable and good prices. Dishes well proportioned and very good service

We had reservation, which did not help us much, as at the door we were told that we had to wait 30min.When we finally climbed good atmosphere as in all the Hard Rock and many empty tables, I do not understand so much waiting.The attention of the waitress very friendly the usual food of the site with nothing to highlight.It has a terrace to the Byside of Miami that seems to be to eat very nice,this day was very airy in Miami and only some daring who did not want to wait for the interior used it.

With absolute credit to the server whom probably would have understood if we walked out at any point of the 1hr & 30mins it took to receive our food; that was just one issue of many of the night. It was our daughter’s birthday and we tried to make a reservation to ensure we got a seat but was told by a rather unenthusiastic front of house member of staff that one would not be needed just come back. When we did 2hrs later after our boat trip we were told there was no seating available inside but they could fit us in outside which they did on the very last table which was was near the service entry point. It took ages to get drinks because the server said the closest machine was broken. As mentioned it took an age to get our food because the server said the kitchen was backed up. We were not given any cutlery to eat our food at all!! Even when our food arrived we were not given anything and had to ask. The server said this was because they didn’t have any up front nor any ready back in the kitchen at the moment. Are you serious we said? The server said ‘I got you’. But after 5 mins of waiting with her food on the table my wife had to physically track down the server to say it’s totally unacceptable that she has not been given anything to eat her food with. They eventually came but the rest of us just ate our food with our fingers but my wife couldn’t easily do that with her dish so had to wait. Treon our server did his best and was running around manic all night and was badly let down by the restaurant and so it would have been easy to punish him (with lack of or low tip for example) but we didn’t. He was nice enough too despite being rushed off his feet to recognise our daughter’s birthday. We saw a couple of porters walking around all the time we were there basically doing nothing - walking back and forth next to tables that went uncleared for ages for example. The floor near where we sat was all flooded - like sopping wet and the staff didn’t even notice. It was my wife who pointed it out and the cause was because a tap in the outside bar had been left on and the sink was blocked. The bar was staffed and it just explains how chaotic it was they didn’t even notice it all gushing everywhere. This is the only Hard Rock where we haven’t been given a survey to complete. We don’t wonder what that might be!
Worst experience ever. We bookef a table 24 hours to ensure we got a nice table. They put us on a high table that we refused to sit at. We got another table as it was plenty of avalible tabled. After 20 minutes we had to ask for the drink menu. We order smash burger with mushrom, upgraded with unionrings and two dipsauce. The burger had not one mushrom, we asked and they said that the mushrom was cooked in the burger🤣 We got one of the dipsauce and have to ask for the other. The server came back with mayonaise in a bottle 🤣 We had to explain again which dipsauce that was missing. The burger was full of black pepper that it stings on the lips and I love black pepper. But this tasted to much pepper. Ordered one more pale ale beer, and even that he served me the wrong beer. So don't hire school kids doing a trained persons job!!!
The place and the server were ok. The food was great and the location from our hotel worked for us. They were setting up the stage for a live band when we left. I would definitely like to return and spend some time at rbis location.
