GREAT EXPERIENCE

Good experience, everything went smoothly, Limo was on time and stopped directly at our hotels we booked the back and return trip picked us up on our hotel and dropped us at our next hotel location, pickup was also exactly at time not a minute late, the stops were perfect aswell we can explore places. So far it was a good experience, if I were to return to vietnam I would definitely book again.

Very accommodating staff. Luxurious trip

We wanted to change our sleeper bus trip back to Hanoi to an earlier time. They were very accommodating and booked us on another bus 2.5 hours earlier. The bus is quite luxurious and comfortable.

Not for me

My Hanoi → Sapa ride on the HK Vip sleeper bus was an uncomfortable experience from start to finish. The trip was about 6 hours, but the constant shaking, harsh braking, and nonstop horn made it truly exhausting. I arrived in Sapa feeling nauseous and with a headache, largely from the relentless vibration and noise during the drive. What was bad Shaking all the way: The bus vibration was continuous, making it hard to rest at all. Harsh breaking: Sudden stops and braking were especially uncomfortable in the sleeping area. Horning nonstop: The driver honked frequently throughout the route, which added to the stress and fatigue. Upper vs lower beds: Upper beds: Felt even more shaky. Lower beds: Slightly less shaky but much noisier. Noise from other passengers: Families inside the bus were loud, and it was difficult to get any real quiet or sleep. Cabin / sleeper details Pods: The pods were okay, but not super clean—if you pay close attention, you’ll notice issues. Pillows: Pillows need replacement. Blankets: Blankets were fine. Toilet stops (major problem) The toilet stops along the way were a real nightmare. They often involved filthy, abandoned-looking toilets near open groceries, which was extremely unhygienic and off-putting. Best part Air conditioning: The only truly good point was the powerful AC, which helped the cabin feel bearable despite everything else. Overall HK Vip sleeper bus may be advertised as comfortable, but my experience was not. Between the nonstop shaking, noise, and hoarding/horn pressure, it was enough to ruin the trip—and I will not take it again.

Hanoi transfers

Tony was so accommodating and was so kind. My flight was late at night and arrived Hanoi Airport early in the morning, made a few chat with Tony and was surprised that he replied to our inquiry even late at night. Our trip came smoothly and truly such a memorable one.

Sleeping in Luxury ✈️🛌✅️

Fantastic option after a long international and connecting domestic flight from Australia. Having a sleeper cabin was exactly what I needed. The transportation was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very modern, exceptionally clean and privacy to snooze before arriving at my destination. Its a must experience ~ Thank you 😊

Tony was amazing to work with.

We booked 6 different busses, tours, treks and transportations to airports. They went above and beyond taking care of my family and made sure we got where we needed. Reminder messages to ensure we knew exactly where and when. Was fast to answer any questions and give clear directions. I would recommend Tony to anyone and will use him again for any future visits. As he helped make our families trip seamless!!!
