Agriculture remains a crucial part of Vietnam's economy, and our Vespa tour takes you on a journey through the countryside to experience it firsthand. We'll start by riding out of Hanoi through Long Bien Bridge and onto an 800-year-old village, where you'll witness the daily life of people in rural areas. Along the way, we'll make a scenic stop at a bonsai garden to learn about this intricate art and see some of the stunning plant creations. You'll also have the opportunity to meet a local family living in a 200-year-old traditional Vietnamese house. Our guide will assist as a translator while you chat with them over some candy and tea, giving you a glimpse into their lives and traditions.

Our Vespa tour takes us through the serene banana and vegetable farming area of Red River Island, where we'll ride past picturesque green rice paddies and venture off the beaten path onto a dirt road. This road leads us to the Co Loa citadel temple, a historical site with stunning scenery and an intriguing legend associated with setting up and protecting the country from foreign invaders dating back to 300BC. As we explore the area, we'll have plenty of chances to stop and take photos of the beautiful surroundings and the locals working on their farms. This will be a unique opportunity to experience the rural life of Vietnam and witness the beauty of the countryside.

At the conclusion of our excursion, we will head to a nearby restaurant in town to savor authentic Vietnamese cuisine and local egg coffee. Following our meal, we will arrange for your transportation back to your hotel.

Exciting and educational excursion

My tour guide and driver, Happy, allowed me to experience both main and back roads of Hanoi from the back of a scooter. The pace was relaxing in the several stops were interesting.

Take a deep breath in the nature around Hanoi

It was a pleasant and lovely trip with Summi and Minh! I enjoyed the more rural side of the country around Hanoi. Summi gave great explanations about the places we visited and was a joyful company. I definitely recommend it!

The Most Amazing First Day in Vietnam – A Private Tour to Remember!

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my very first day in Vietnam. This private countryside bike tour around Hanoi was absolutely incredible from beginning to end.
