Tour will departure in Hanoi old quarter or our guide will pick you up around Hanoi city center, if you stay too far from city such as Mariot hotel, Elegend suite hotel, Lotte hotel... please come to Hanoi Opera house or Thăng Long water puppet theater for picking up, so inform us before one day tour departure.

Although we booked a group tour we were lucky enough to get a private tour. Our guide,Timmy, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to recommend and arrange transportation and a Halong bay cruise. He handled all the small details to tailor the toys to our specific needs.

I did the full day tour and the optional puppet show at the end. Our tour guide was great. He knew a lot of the history of the different sites he took us to. Though the tour group itself was limited to 15 people, many other tour groups visit the exact same sites on or around the same time so crowding became an issue at times. That was my only critique. I also really enjoyed lunch! The restaurant was really accommodating to everyone’s dietary needs though I ate everything. I highly recommend this tour! It’s a great way to see the sites in a short amount of time, though keep in mind not everything is covered, most notably the Hanoi Train Street.

Excellent tour that covers all the main points of interest in Hanoi with an incredibly knowledgeable guide! We did this tour on our first day in Hanoi and it set us up so well for the rest of our trip! Our guide could answer all of our questions and even helped us with recommendations for the coming days!

The tour guide twee is very knowledgeable and helpful,she is very kind. We had 8 person two was wheelchair she really helps them by pushing the wheelchair. She very kind and good,if I anyone coming to Hanoi please book this tour guide for your safety and comfort. I am looking forward to come back to Hanoi just because of this guide
We had a marvelous time. Our guide, Thui, was so informative. Not only about the sites we went to but about life in general in both the city and the country. She had answers to all our questions. This was very relaxed and enjoyable. We hope to return and spend more time with Thui. Lovely person.
Great informative tour with Thuy. She is very knowledgeable on all stops and topics. Her pleasant attitude made things go smoothly. The schedule was kept and the places visited with top for Hanoi. She even took us to the lacquer factory as an additional stop. I recommend Việt Unique and Thuy for your tours.
I booked a one day tour with Thuy. It was a great way to get your bearings around the city and it was always comforting to have a local like Thuy show you around all the great sites in the city!
