As a first-time visitor to Hanoi, choosing the double-decker Hanoi City Tour bus was truly a worthwhile decision. Sitting on the upper deck, with its open space and wide view, I was able to admire the city from a completely different perspective. The bustling Old Quarter streets, the peaceful Hoan Kiem Lake, and the historic architectural landmarks all came to life before my eyes. The gentle breeze as the bus moved slowly made the journey both relaxing and exciting. What impressed me most was the multilingual audio guide system. Thanks to it, I could learn more about the history, culture, and fascinating stories behind each place we passed. The information was clear, easy to understand, and especially helpful for a first-time visitor like me. The service was also very flexible, allowing passengers to hop on and off at multiple stops. I could explore each destination at my own pace and continue the journey without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist when needed. Of course, the experience would be even better in cooler weather, as it can get quite hot on the upper deck during sunny hours. Nevertheless, it is still a fantastic way to get an overview of Hanoi in a comfortable and enjoyable way. Overall, the Hanoi City Tour is not just a means of transportation, but a cultural experience. For me, it was one of the most memorable highlights of my trip to Hanoi.
Excellent experience this with guide vi show every look after us until last moment until we left hoi chi min city
It was wonderful experience, visited all major attractions in Hanoi. Also based on Treka team advice I had famous egg coffee too.
Some of the group I was with made this tour fun but otherwise, I wouldn’t bother with it. I love history and learning about other people’s culture but this dragged on excessively.
"I recently booked a trip to Vietnam with [Trek Asia]. They were extremely professional, courteous, and responsive to our needs. The itinerary was perfectly tailored to our interests. Thank you!"
I highly recommend Trek Asia for their exceptional service, particularly from Miss Lisa, who greatly enhanced my travel experience.
I am very happy with the Trek Asia travel as they not have very good package rates but services too. they both are always available on phone & in contact with the guests on tour. I really recommended TREK ASIA TRAVEL
We got a great trip with Trek Asia Travel. My family explorer Danang and Ba Na Hill. It's so beautifull. Trek Asia team was good. Thank you very much and will be book tour from Trek Asia in the future!
Excellent services provided by Lisa and Foxie... Great team they have and very well coordinated - Thanks for adjusting all the last minute changes for our group. Highly recommend them.
We visited Vietnam through Trek Asia travel Co. We visited Hanoi, Capital of Vietnam which has many old architecture and rich cultural heritage. Ha noi has a big lake in the city which fulfills the name Hanoi( the city located in the river) In Vietnam, people use Vietnamese language and know little English or French. We need a perfect guide to know the city well and even to negotiate with drivers or shop keepers. We had an excellent guide, Mr Jon ( Mr. Tien) for Hanoi. He has vast knowledge of architecture, culture and heritage of Vietnam. He has explained every detail in the carvings and other cultural aspects Pegodas, temples and other architectural buildings. He has a detailed knowledge of ethnic groups of Vietnam and gave very minute details of their life style, dressings, rituals and housings systems when we visited the Ethnic Museum of Vietnam. He has good command over English and can communicate very well. A very polite, courteous, cheerful and helpful person who suggested us some Vietnamese vegetarian dishes for lunch as we are vegetarian. The transportation service of the company was excellent. Driver was always before time, so we didn't have to wait for a single second.!Thank you Trek Asia and Mr. John for making our Hanoi trip a memorable experience.
