We booked this and the vendor cancelled just days before with no explanation as to why. We continue to wait for our refund. I hope that part is handlers by trip advisor. It seems that they cancelled and at least owed us an explanation since it was booked a while ago.
Please note that we have canceled in tripadvisor platform and we have mentioned the reason, than we have contacted you via WhatsApp but nn answered from your side, we had a technical issue in our Hammam and preferred to cancel instead of take a booking than you complaint but at the end you have complaint thanks anyway regarding refund is handled by tripadvisor nn worries about your money
