We had the best time! Directions are VERY clear on where to meet and when! Daniel and Mitchell made sure we had the best time! They took all our photos and videos of slides and jumps and air dropped them at the end! If you’re not one for the slides and jumps you can just hike to the first stop and relax in the water! We had 16,18 and 72 year old together! Definitely wear water shoes!
Ashley was so awesome and had such down to earth vibes! I learned so much about Puerto Rico and our surroundings even in a short amount of time. I loved it!!!
Fun, exciting and enjoyable!
Ashley was fantastic. You can tell she genuinely loves Puerto Rico, and that comes through in the way she talks about the island, its history, and the rainforest. She pointed out plants, wildlife, and little details we would have completely missed on our own, which made the experience so much more than just hiking, swimming, and cliff jumping. She was easy to talk to, kept everyone engaged, and made sure everyone in our group—from our 10-year-old to the adults—have a great time. If you’re lucky enough to get Ashley as your guide, you’re in for an amazing day. She was a big part of what made this one of the highlights of our trip.
If you’re considering a rainforest excursion, ask for Ashley- you won’t regret it. She made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we met her, she was energetic, engaging, and incredibly easy to talk to. She connected naturally with all of us from kids to adults, making everyone feel included and comfortable. What really set her apart was that she made the trip about so much more than swimming, the waterslides, and cliff jumps. Along the way, she shared fascinating facts about Puerto Rico, the rainforest, and the local culture that made the experience even more meaningful. She also went out of her way to make sure everyone was having a great time, paying attention to each person in our group and creating an atmosphere that was fun, safe, and welcoming. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico, and Ashley was a huge reason why. Our family will be talking about this adventure for years to come. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
We had a wonderful time with Nei. My teenagers really enjoyed their Rainforest experience today..the waterslide, the rock jumping and the rope jumping were all a great. The pick-up location was very easy and convenient to find. I would definitely say it was worth the price for the experience we got.
Ashley was so fun and enthusiastic!! I had the best time ever and she is such an enjoyable person!! Definitely recommend booking with her!!
Meeting was pretty straightforward and they answered all the questions you could possibly have. The tour was very nice and gave alot of knowledge about the rain forest which was also great to learn. Our tour guide Jeremy was very helpful and really patient as when you get to the rock climbing area, it can be difficult but he was there every step of the way to make sure EVERYONE was comfortable and safe! 10/10 would do again
We had Anthony as our guide for exploring the rainforest. He was extremely informative and gave us some history plus interesting facts about the forest and the plants and animals that are found there. When we did our water activities HE DID A REALLY IMPRESSIVE BACK FLIP OFF THE ROPE INTO THE WATER. So thank you Anthony for a really memorable El Yunque forest experience! 🫶🏽
Andrea was so much fun! Would book again!!
