The last remaining monument of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World & the largest pyramid in the Giza Plateau. It was built for King Khufu with a height of 147 m. The number of stones used in its construction is more than 2,300,000......Each stone weighs from 2.5 tonnes to 9 tonnes.
This mythical creature's limestone statue was made of one piece of stone carved not built and it takes the facial expressions of king Khafre. It stands at 73 m long, 19 m wide, and 20 m in height. Don't forget to ask your tour guide about how the Sphinx missed its nose??!!!!
It is the place that witnessed the main mummification & purification of the ancient Egyptian rulers & Pharaohs.

It was a great experience! The guide was extremely helpful and made the experience fun. All prices were reasonable too. We stayed for three days and the area felt safe inside and outside the hotel. The overall atmosphere was good and there were no places that were super crowded. This is definitely a tour for people who like to travel and lean about the history of Ancient Egypt.

Wonderful experience!! Essam Elsayed was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and insightful. He also really paid attention to the group's needs. Our driver, Mohamed Salah, was also very good. I was highly impressed with his driving skills. He made me feel safe in the very chaotic Cairo & Giza driving. I highly recommend them both. They were the perfect combination. 5 stars!!
I took the 3 day trip with Ahmed Elgohary and it was great. Saw the pyramids spinx mosque and churches. I strongly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Egypt.
Egypt Tours Portal was first class from the beginning to the end of our tour. From the easy collection at the airport and quick service with getting visas. What truly made our tour unique, exciting and memorable was our guide Essam Elsayed. Essam was knowledgeable and engaging especially as we were travelling with an 8 and 10 year old. Essam made everything fun for them while still providing them with knowledge and tales of the old Kings. Our driver Hussein was amazing as well. Always there with a smile and made us feel safe on the roads. He made everything really convenient by dropping and picking us up from the closest location to the historical sites. The whole family has loved the experience and can’t wait to come back! We will definitely be asking for Essam again.
Great trip to the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum with Egypt Tours Portal. Ameen, our driver picked me up on time and was great throughout the day. My guide Ahmed Refaat was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew all the spots to take great photos and provided so much interesting information. I would definitely use this company, guide and driver again.
We had a great time on our guided tour around the Saqqara and Giza pyramids. We also stopped by an authentic papyrus gallery and bought a very affordable piece of Egyptian art! The lunch was very good and the van was air conditioned (thank goodness) and well-marked with the Egypt Tours Portal logo. I felt very safe with our guide, Amr Moses and our driver was always there immediately when we needed him. Amr was well educated on the history and answered any additional questions I had as well! Mahmoud Hayman Was the tour operator that helped to book this tour and he was also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Egypt Tours Portal for your day trips around Egypt!
