Half Day Table Mountain and Cape Town City Tour

Description
Our drive through the city centre takes us past famous landmarks such as the Castle of Good Hope built in 1666 by the Dutch East India Company, City Hall, a baroque building, and the Grand Parade. As we follow the city’s main thoroughfare, Adderley Street, we will see St. George’s Cathedral, the Anglican Diocese of Nobel Peace Laureate Archbishop Desmond Tutu. We will pass the Company Gardens and the Malay Quarter [also known as the Bo-Kaap] which means "Above Cape" because of its location up against the slopes of Table Mountain. Continue to join a sparkling tour, witness the art of diamond cutting and the careful craftsmanship of jewellery manufacturing by skilled experts. You will be offered the option of continuing to Table Mountain, where you can ascend to the top [weather permitting] by revolving cable car. On a clear day it is even possible to see Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned on one side and Cape Point on the other.

Great tour Great guide Well worth it Table Mountain Cable Car a must even if you are scared of heights!
Good Morning Thank you for taking the time and providing us with your feedback.
The driver/guide was attentive, engaging, considerate, and full of information during this afternoon tour. A general tour of the city areas with a stroll around Bo-Kaap & then on to Table Mountain. Taking the option for the inclusive cable car ticket made the process simple when we arrived, although on our day the queues were not bad the previous day had been over an hour.
Good Morning Thank you for taking the time and providing us with your feedback.
A great half day trip which we enjoyed immensely. Our driver, Adneen was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a perfect day for Table Mountain, and gave us an insight into Bo Kaap. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to go back before we left Cape Town.
Good Morning Thank you for taking the time and providing us with your feedback. Glad to hear you had a great day.
Unable to visit table mountain due to weather conditions. This company have denied paying me a refund as they stated I could have used the ticket within 7 days . Well we live in London so didn’t have 7 days at our disposal. Plus table mountain was closed on the other occasion we tried to visit the very next day
Great tour! Table Mountain was great as well as the city. The guide was really good and we enjoyed it.
Good Morning Thank you for taking the time and providing us with your feedback. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your tour.
Not too much to say. Saw what I wanted to see. I wasn’t happy that the people who booked this tour canceled and I was the only one. It’s always nice to be with others. But I had private tour.
Hamilton was brilliant. We were lucky enough to share his vehicle with just one other couple. He really took great care of us and I only feel bad that we were to call him Hamilton because we could not say his given name. The only wish I have is that we could have had more time at Table mountain, we went up with prepaid tickets but had less than 20 minutes as we had to be back down in time to leave. Total time time at Table Mountain was only 75 minutes, not enough time to see anything because we had to jump back up into the line to get back down.
Visit to the city hall and the cape of good hope which were very informative and educational, I've learned a lot about SA history
Good Afternoon Thank you for taking the time and providing us with your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the tour educational & informative.
This is a perfect “light” tour for your first day in Cape Town. Glen did an awesome job. He is incredibly friendly and shared lots of great information.
Good Morning Thank you for taking the time and providing us with your feedback. Glad to hear guide shared lots of great information with you and will forward your comments to the guide as well.
Lovely and peaceful on the top of the mountain, took nearly an hour queuing. Could be an issue with the timings if some in the group wanted to do the longer walk. Drive afterwards was just getting a feel for Cape Town, more of a time filler, using the red tour bus would have been just as good.
Good Morning Thank you for your feedback received & have noted your comments.
