The 117 sq km park has a glorious stretch of Savannah grasslands, a forest glade, bush shrubs,rocky cliffs and wetlands.It is well endowed with abundant wildlife, beautiful landscape and spectacular views of the city. About 50 diverse species of mammals mostly herbivores are easily found in this park.Predators including Lions, cheetah, Hyena,Jackals and leopard are also present not forgetting reptiles and a variety of about 400 bird species. We embark on an early morning game drive in this park capturing a stunning sunrise over the horizons, we will be in search of predators in action and look out for, Rhinos,Giraffes, Zebras, Buffalo, gazelles,warthogs and more plains game. It was one of the greatest moments ever! Our driver knew all the spots that animals would be and we saw everything from lions to zebras. Definetley worth checking out!
