Half-Day Desert Safari from Abu Dhabi

I would like to sincerely thank Desert Rose for another fantastic desert safari experience on 14 June 2026. My family and I had an amazing time, and so did the two additional guests who joined us in our Land Cruiser. A special thank you goes to our driver, Mr. Harris (Land Cruiser Plate No. 12/16786). He was professional, friendly, and highly skilled, making the entire journey enjoyable from start to finish. His positive attitude and excellent driving truly added to the experience and made the day even more memorable. I’d also like to acknowledge the rest of the Desert Rose team. From the fire performer and belly dancer to the buggy rental staff, camel guide, bartenders, and the food and beverage team, everyone played a part in creating a fun, welcoming, and well-organized experience. Their dedication and hospitality did not go unnoticed. This was my fourth desert safari with Desert Rose, and once again, the experience lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect. The consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail are what keep bringing us back. Thank you for helping create another wonderful memory for my family and me. It was my mom’s and my first ever desert safari and we couldn’t believe how exciting it was!! Our tour guide Shah, was super precise about the pickup time at the hotel we were staying, he made the desert safari fun and even helped us click some amazing pro-level Instagram worthy pictures!! Once you arrive at the location, you can enjoy so many performances by talented artists, snowboard on the dunes, get your henna done and eat and drink as you please!! I’m actually looking forward to be back and book this experience again, but this time with my better half 🩷✨

I spent a long time deciding whether to book a desert safari because I had heard many mixed reviews about these kinds of tours. A friend who has lived in Abu Dhabi for a long time recommended Desert Rose, and I’m very glad I trusted the recommendation. From the very beginning, the booking process was excellent. I get motion sickness very easily when sitting in the back seat, and the operator kindly arranged a front seat for me without any problem. The communication was professional, friendly, and very attentive. Everything during the trip was organized at a very high level. Special thanks to our driver for his professionalism — I felt completely safe throughout the entire experience. The camp that hosted us was beautiful, clean, and authentic. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food and snacks were fresh and delicious. The show program was also very impressive and entertaining. Thank you so much for doing everything possible to make your guests feel comfortable and safe. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends!

Had a fantastic desert safari with desert rose tours, from the punctual pickup from the hotel till the drop off everything was perfect. The safari itself was the highlight followed by other entertainment activities at the camp which was top notch. Special thanks to Mr Faisal for being out guide, making all of us comfortable at every stage. Will recommend to anyone looking for max value for money desert tour.

FAISAL DXB was our driver and he was great-helps get the right pics for those on Instagram, awesome music for dune bashing, lots of patience with our eclectic group and mostly importantly he was an GREAT driver across the dunes. Felt super safe with him! The rest of the experience exceeded my expectations-camel ride, meal, facility, entertainment were all top notch and I had gotten a pretty good deal on Groupon so I didn’t expect 5 star service but it was. I was solo but will definitely be back with my family and friends. If you want a really cool trip then this is your chance.

We just experienced a sunset desert safari with Desert Rose Tourism and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide, Ajeep, truly made the entire trip unforgettable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and kind—constantly checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. His energy and professionalism elevated the whole experience. The dune bashing was thrilling yet felt completely safe, which made it even more enjoyable. The campsite itself was beautifully set up—well lit, cosy, and perfect for relaxing after the drive. The camel ride was handled professionally, and we felt secure and well looked after throughout. This is a trip I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the UAE. I honestly cannot thank Ajeep enough for making it such a memorable experience!

From pick up to drop off this half day trip in the desert with a sunset too is an absolute must in Abu Dhabi. Excellent value for money delivered by a very professional and friendly team of drivers. The dune bashing is thrilling!!
