We had a lot of fun with our family! Thanks to our guide Carol, we could not understand Portuguese. But she did her best to translate to English and guide us throughout the trip. Also a lot of fun with the buggy rides! The drivers were awesome and very friendly! Definitely recommended 😁👍🏼

DO NOT CONTRACT THE AGENCY BRANCO TURISMO FORTALEZA @brancoturismo insta. Me and my family hired a tour of the fortress to Canoa broken with this agency and a group after us was late more than half an hour to board the bus, a disrespect and still was the whole trip drinking alcohol on the bus, screaming, walking through the corridors, asking the driver to stop several times to go to the bathroom pq were drinking logical. This could have distracted the driver, caused an accident and put everyone's life at risk. Not only did they not respect schedules, they were bothering all passengers. The company should have had a tolerance of no more than 10 minutes and respected those who had commitments with schedule most likely due to greed for money made us wait, waste time from our ride and the worst having to spend the day with these unbearable people. The guide Paula tbem was not even a little friendly all day and did not have the autonomy to ask for a little respect to these people. In contact with the agent who sold us the tour I was informed that the company has a maximum tolerance of 10 min and is not allowed to drink alcohol on the bus which happened quite the opposite. It's absurd, we've lost one day of our holidays for this agency's incompetence in solving the problem.
We took this walk today and it was all perfect! The company is very organized, punctual and offers an excellent service. We were also lucky to have the guide Thaysa, super high astral, attentive and always providing all the necessary support. It took away our doubts, gave excellent tips and recommendations, making the experience even more special. Wonderful walk! The Junior guide was extremely attentive, helpful and very polite throughout the journey. He drove us safely to the places of the walk. And not to mention the landscape too beautiful. It was a wonderful day, super recommend! 👍🏻🏻
