Amazing place

Beautiful location with stunning views however once again got pounded to buy items from the locals. Advice.......always ask the cost at the point of showing interest as im sure they tally it up based on nationality, haggle haggle and lots of haggling is a must! Always check your garments before leaving the shop ref sizes, as they say its the right size shove it in a bag and when you get home it doesnt fit coz its a xsml instead of a lrg.......20 quid lost, in a flash!!

Sidi Bou, the most Greek of Tunisian villages

Great. We had a driver named Ali, very nice. Sidi Bou is a lovely little village that resembles Santorini or any island in the Cyclades.

Great Experience. Half a day is more than enough!

We got picked up and dropped off right on time in a comfy, air-conditioned car, which was great since it was a super hot day. The driver was really friendly and paid attention to us. The only slight bummer was that we picked up some French-speaking girls on the way, and the driver only talked about the sights in French, which we couldn't understand. Just a heads-up: the cafe has awesome views, but it's pretty pricey for what you get. Make sure you check drink prices before you order anything. They did take cards, though, and I was able to pay with my British bank account. It's quite a climb, and it was super busy and warm the day we were there. Last thing to know: you can snag some good deals in the market, but you'll have to bargain. For some necklaces and jewelry, they first told me it was 420 Dinar. I easily got the price down to 100 Dinar with a little bit of haggling.

A great half day trip out

Got picked up at the hotel Royal Nozha in Hammamet, went straight to Sidi Bou Side with some pointers on the way from our driver. Lovely half a day out walked down to the marina and had lunch then headed back up the hill to meet our driver at 12pm. We even stopped on the way back to take photos of the City and view from bridge in Tunis. Would recommend as half a day was enough for us

Half day in Sidi Bousaid

We had a lovely day in Sidi Bousaid after a rainy start to the morning. Our driver was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed us lots of historical sites and gave us good information. I would highly recommend doing this half day tour it's well worth seeing.

Self-guided tour

It was a lovely outing, and the driver was very friendly. Since he only spoke French, communication was done using a Google Translator, which worked very well. I really liked that one was not bound to a group; there was plenty of time for shopping, having coffee, and reaching the highest point.

beautiful atypical village

Very nice village but the bazaar by bus, too crowded to circulate
