The entire experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend. Communication was very good regarding pick up. The actual tour guide was friendly and professional. After the tour we were treated to refreshments and bread and Virgin olive oil. The team are great. You'll be well looked after and it's definitely a worthwhile experience whilst visiting Hammeret. 5 star
Overall, the experience was not really great. A few points were disappointing. First of all, it was indicated that the driver would contact us at least 24 hours in advance. That was not the case, and I had to send several messages (on Viator itself and also on WhatsApp) before getting a response. We finally had an appointment at 8:45 AM, but at 8:30 AM, the driver suddenly sent a message to say that we would not leave until 10:00 AM... This is not right. We drove for about 30 minutes to the center, but once we arrived there, there was no one. Finally, the guide arrived (a kind and helpful man, fortunately) and we each received our own quad bike. The handlebars of my quad bike were crooked, which made driving the vehicle very difficult. The tour was pretty, but very repetitive; we were doing off-roading but we were often doing the same loops one after another. Because of the heavy rain, we had to stop the tour early. During the excursion, the guide was still helpful. Afterward, we had tea and baguette with olive oil, as it was described. I do not recommend this activity and would instead advise booking a quad bike excursion directly through your hotel.

En ce qui concerne le parcours, il est très apprécié par la grande majorité de nos clients, car il se déroule directement dans les montagnes, avec de véritables pistes tout-terrain. Contrairement à de nombreux autres prestataires de la région, qui circulent principalement sur des routes ou des pistes aménagées, nous proposons une expérience plus authentique. Nous prenons toutefois en compte votre ressenti concernant le tracé. Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de votre guide, ainsi que la dégustation de thé, de pain et d’huile d’olive, conformément à la description. Enfin, chacun est bien sûr libre de réserver l’activité de la manière qui lui convient. It was super. We took a few breaks for photos, and even as a beginner, you get the hang of it quickly. Very friendly team
A good time with the family and very beautiful landscapes
Birthday treat whilst on holiday for myslef and the family. Have enjoyed quad biking on different holidays, so the idea of visiting the mountains in the heat seemed appealing. Minimal communication from company, no idea of pick up times, and took almost a day to respond to basic messages. Finally got a response the night before the trip to say we'd get picked up at 0815. Happy with this time, to give us the afternoon back. On the morning of trip, message tobsay they are running late, now 0825. No big problem. Then another message saying 1000. Another person who had booked had asked how long the trip was for, and told we would be back to hotel by 1230 (this was 0815 pick up). Finally got picked up amd transferred to site. Was told to sit in room and wait. About 15 minutes wait, was given some water before they took us. Guide put on a face covering on the group, then demanded 20 DT each for them. Finally got on quads around 1045, and the trips round the mountains were more like a trip around a building site. I know it's sandy and dusty, but travelling through streets round the backs of houses weren't what we expected. Part of the trip was to stop for some tea, bread and olive oil tasting. Received a message the night before saying that this wasn't available, but they would give us a sample away with us. Back to base after the trip and back in taxi home at 1200 for the 10 minute ride home. Was given a plastic bag with a piece if bread and a small plastic bottle of oil. Barely at hour on the quads and not what we expected. And my bike ran out of fuel half way round. Siphoned some fuel from another bike and got me home. Wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately, our transfer driver was delayed due to a police checkpoint, which was completely outside of our control. As soon as we received updates, we informed all affected guests. Rather than cancelling your tour at the last minute, we did our best to continue with the excursion so that your holiday plans would not be completely disrupted. We understand that this affected your schedule, especially as it was a birthday treat with your family, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the face covering, it is entirely optional. Many guests choose to purchase one because of the dust, but there is never any obligation to do so. Regarding the olive oil tasting, we informed you the day before that it would not be available and clearly offered you the option to cancel with a 100% full refund if this change was not acceptable. You decided to continue with the tour, and we also provided complimentary local olive oil and traditional bread to take away as an alternative. Your feedback has helped us realize that, in situations where unexpected delays are beyond our control, it may be better to offer guests the choice to cancel or reschedule rather than continue with a delayed departure. We enjoyed our quad bike trip but it wasn't what was advertised. The collection and dropoff from the hotel was great. The instructions on how to use the quads were in depth and the quads were all in good condition. Negatives; The advert stated the groups were small with 5-8 quads. There were 26 quads in our group! excluding the staff. The group had to go at the speed of the slowest rider so there were frequent stops. The advert stated an off-road tour. It was 80% tarmac and gravel roads. The advert stated it was a 35km tour. We only did 23.9km
Taken off into the hillsides and mountains. Due to the previous nights thunderstorms there was loads of puddles and mud which was great fun. Lovely long drive and lovely scenery. Very pleasant team , really friendly. Highly recommend.
We were a family of 7 including a teenager and an 8 year old. We all had great fun. My 17 year old wasn’t too confident at first but the guide was patient with her and she grew in confidence . Think we were on the quads for about 90 mins with a stop midway to take in some breathtaking views. Bonus were the photos they took which at about £2 each were a bargain
This trip was incredible and would certainly recommend. We had to change our day due to delays and been tired. They were extremely accommodating and communicated with us every step of the way. The guides were very friendly and stopped regularly to take pictures for us. We felt very safe from pick up and throughout the trip. It’s been the highlight of my holiday and would urge anyone to book it. SO GOOD
Amazing experience. They were professional, communicated well to help us get set up as we travelled an hour from our cruise ship the docked in La Goulette, was flexible with us as our pick up location changed the day of, helped us get back to the ship on time and communicated with our taxi driver on our behalf, and made us feel safe in the quads. Amazing customer service and amazing views. Next time we are in the area, we will be booking this experience again. Thank you!
